Austin Johnson and Teair Tart represent the best fits for what's left in my opinion, which funnily enough, when I was looking up the correct spelling, I just noticed someone updated his Wiki to say he's a Bill and I just had to go back and check the board to see if we had signed him lol Campbell, as good as he still was last year, will be 38 years old when the season starts. I'm not interested in giving money to a 38 year old.

At just about 9m under, I think it's all in on DT help and then it's probably on to the Draft. Whatever we don't adequately fill out in the Draft, we'll address later and/or with Tre's money post-6/1. Factoring in where we're at financially, where we're at with DT, and money we'll need for Draft picks - things like expecting a 3rd Safety signing right now (and specifically Simmons) seem silly to me.

It's all McDermott and Beane view on thing's imo. Just waiting patience on what ever they do.

That is not doing Beasley justice. Beas had a better career pre Buffalo than Samuel. But I get what your saying - different players and different skillset. Samuel is more flexible and versatile than Beasley. Beasley was a better pure slot but Samuel adds more trickery, running out of the backfield, etc.

If Hopkins is a Bill in that playoff game vs KC the Bills win. No doubt.

Not sure the Chiefs secondary in this age of defense possibly all time great to me with how defense nowdays.  I think only once over 25 points scored on them (Packers regular season game). Also if McDermott adjusted earlier (adjusted way to late) and not have Klein on Kelce is coaching. If had Milano and Bernard Bill's win I think.

I'm glad Samuel is here. Should help Bill's offense lots.

I'm choosing to believe a version of events where Beane could have beat Jacksonville's offer, but doing so would have cost us Curtis Samuel so he chose not to.

Possible other need's on Bill's as well. I'd rather have it this way signing Samuel and whatever goes on rest of the way.

I'm thinking this too.  The more I think about it - we have that capital to trade up in round 2, and now it feels like we can really beef up the D-line in round 1 & still get a good receiver w/ the 2nd pick, given how deep this class is.

Possibly need a safety as well depending on rest of free agency

I expect WR to be filled in the draft. I'd just rather have Justin Simmons than Armstead. That's just my opinion, you can feel free to disagree with me though.

I think Simmons has the most int on mahomes in the league. But could be wrong.

his profile says he does. Whether he actually knows anything who knows.

Happy Days is legit though and he said earlier that we told Arik to let us have dibs to match his best offer.

The original report relating to our interest came from the Niners Athletic reporter who is very likely a legit source

Agree. Some good reports out there possibly.

Happy Days thankful he is here.  Glad he shares with us.

Having Will Levis's top two receiving options be a 30-year-old and a 31-year-old -- and both on big contracts -- seems...kinda weird to me?

I mean, on the one hand, he's got reliable vets to lean on. On the other hand, you'd think you'd want a youngster at the position that Levis can grow with?

Plus, deciding not to pay 24-year-old AJ Brown and then deciding to pay 30-year-old Ridley two offseasons later (yes I know it's a different front office) is such a weird look for the Titans.

Maybe I'm crazy. Probably not. I think they're building their team weirdly.

I think whoever the GM was when traded AJ Brown no longer on team after that season when traded brown I might be wrong.

    Horrible trade whoever made that.

Yeah but everybody said Mahomes was going to drop off statistically without Tyreek… Whilst he did slightly it wasn’t as bad as anticipated and they’ve come away with back to back Lombardi’s since.

I’ll hold my breath on them having a rough time in that division for now. Denver is Denver… a mess on the QB situation with no picks after trading for Wilson and Payton.

Oakland, huge QB questions there as well. Solid team but the QB wins it.

That leaves San Diego. They need to retool that OLine and secondary, maybe look to bring in a RB as Ekeler’s heavy useage may be catching up on him. Herbert is great but he needs a run game of some sort to accentuate him to his best capabilities. Maybe they can acquire Derrick Henry? Just not sold on them because of a HC hire… They’re the NFL’s prince who’s promised.

I think they have Greg Roman as OC. They'll possibly start good but like any Roman OC figured they'll have a hard time.
