Hmm, this is a weird twist. The Bills playing against a team that doesn't run the ball well. I believe the Steelers are also down both their starting CBs as well. Man, if Brown was active for this game. Biggest threat from that D is obviously Watt. Maybe we bring Kroft back for this one?

Their one starting CB will be back. Haden may also be back; depends on concussion protocol

  2. This is shockingly bad

Do your job! You have 1 day to perform. As a military member we don’t have that luxury. Yeah we have bad days, but when it’s go time, you focus, get up for the occasion and don’t let your team down!!!

Sundays are your day! Get it done

Exactly my thoughts. He doesn't get to say things like this with the money he makes and in the position he's in.

Human beings aren’t robots. Have you ever had a bad day or felt a bit “off?”

He has been a very steady and reliable kicker for the Bills, so there is nothing to complain about. You would expect him to make the first kick, while kicks over 50 yards are a risk for any kicker.

Find a replacement, and surely the new kicker will have a bad game sometime too.

It's not a bad game. It's a major trend since his injury last year. It seems he would have had enough time to work through that.

And of course we've all had bad days. But if we're worth our salt, we suck it up and perform in spite of our sickness, mental or physical.

  3. This question was strange.

But, in general, I support "tough" questions. McDermott, while not outwardly reacting too much, has shown some signs of having thin skin with respect to media relations. Whether it's his rescheduling of his weekly WGR appearance to (seemingly) avoid Schopp after some of their encounters last year, the attempt to avoid issuing a press pass to Sullivan at his new outfit (who knows if McD was involved in this or not), or McD's subtle frustration that you pick up on when Sully asks questions.

  4. Obviously this is a joke, but I think it's more likely than not that he'll come back. The Patriots will literally do whatever it takes to get that last SB. I think this is it for them.

That's why it will be so glorious when they fail in the AFC Championship Game, preserving the Bills' record four straight Super Bowl appearances in the process.

  5. Familiarity usually causes tight games between division foes, but furthermore, the Bills defense has been practicing against a version of the New England offense for a long time. Add in the fact that last year's Patriots games were decently competitive (before the Bills' talent influx and the growth of JA), and I think signs point to the Bills games being the toughest of the year for the Patriots. I'm looking forward to them.

The Patriots MIGHT beat us twice and might go 16-0, but I don't think they'll beat us three times. ??

  6. Really interesting how Frazier said we were top 5 in this last year and it seemed like he wanted to emphasize that fact. When you think about it, it's an easy and interesting stat to track; no reason players/teams shouldn't get credit for this not quite on the level of sacks but almost. Maybe this will start becoming a thing.
