I agree with others that said we dumped Diggs to get out of cap hell, so why would the Bills just do this again 🤷♂️
Because he won't put us in Cap Hell. He is way cheaper than Diggs was and with a new deal could come much cheaper in the long run

Id like to trade for a WR on their rookie deals and then draft a WR at 28
-
Man it sucks not being able to get a thing for 2024. Wont notice the extra cap space until 2025 and wont get any picks until 2025. I hope we trade for Tee Higgins. Offer him a contract that goes into effect 2025. And still just a WR

Cant go low on QBs, cant go high to neck and above, and now cant go for waist. Whats left. Chest tackles and hope that refs dont think you hit to high.
If a player doesnt wanna get hurt on yackles like that then just go down when youre wrapped up around the waist. Those plays only happen cause offensive player is trying to break out of the tackle.

Quite a bit. Especially in the higher Rounds. There hasn't been a player we've taken in Round 1 that we didn't meet with at the Combine. It's essentially the official job interview when it comes to this regime.
I do think it worth a note. That Bills meeting with Kincaid at combine was never released before the draft. No one reported we met with him. But we now know we definitely did. Just interesting our organization was able to limit our interest being aired out.

Players like this is vital for Beane. You dont want to have any glaring holes. And Edwards is a serviceable starter. Allows us to draft BPA over need

Glad im not the only one that thought they looked like Falcons. And its kinda hard to tell the difference between black and that Navy blue

What I found interesting is Joe Brady was trying to recruit him to LSU when he was there. He obviously likes the kid

They are going to go from awful to good because of Kirk Cousins and Mooney? Not buying it.
Yeah they may be solid/ok. Will probably win NFC South cause the division sucks. But they are not gonna be that good.

Wowww. Guess we are drafting a center.
I'm good with this.
McGovern is moving to Center with Edward taking his Guard spot. Probably draft a backup Center as well tho

Gonna miss him but its was clear he has lost a step this year.

I think DJ Mangas was brought in to help be QB coach with Brady taking over OC... qouldnt be surprised to see him officially be offered that position
-
Im expecting DJ Mangas as the new QB coach. I think that is why we brought him in as an aid during season. So Brady could have some help managaing multiple roles.

It'll probably be Brady, but I hope they get a good look at offensive minds around the league.
Yes Rooney rule.
Apparently rooney rule is voided if they put it in his contract before thatd he would be OC in waiting like New England did with Mayo

Nobody would ask that because we don't want a TD there we want a TD 1 min+ later
Trust me if there was a deflection and an INT everyone would be saying wow Josh Allen missed a surefire TD that would have taken the lead.

And that's why it's a low percentage throw. Everything has to go perfect for it to happen. Good blocking, time to throw, an accurate throw 30+ yards away (good luck, almost nobody can make that throw), a receiver that can run the perfect route and get open, the receiver making a tough catch in traffic, etc. Very low percentage play. The right thing was run everyone deep and hit Diggs underneath for 10 yards and keep the clock moving.
What traffic are you talking about. The middle of the field between the Safeties was empty. Its a pretty high percentage throw when the middle of the field is that wide open.
Shakir was likely the first read. If your first read is that wide open why even look at your other reads. And say he did take the underneath route and it gets deflected by a dlinemen like Jones (KC is top 2 in bats) then we would all be asking why didnt Josh Allen take the wide open throw to Shakir where the ball couldnt be deflected by a Dlinemen
-
Shakir was probably Allens first read and it was open. Why even go to the other reads if your first is so wide open. Who is to say that throwing underneath wouldn't have been deflected by the DLineband we are asking why he didn't throw to Shakir wide open

Agree. We needed to score a TD there. I kinda put that on Allen. He was trying to go for the TD on 2nd and 3rd down when he had under routes open they would’ve given us first downs
To be fair Shakir was wide open on that 2nd down play. Just he had the linemen pushed into him. I do think at that point tho Allen just needed to get the first down on 3rd. Making KC use their timeouts was just as important

The Niners will NOT scare me if we get to the SB.
Obviously a very good team - but not what they are hyped to be.
The NFC is just not good. 49ers, Cowboys, and Eagles look good record wise during regular season because they dont play many good teams in NFC. As soon as they play a decent team you see how beatable these "elite" NFC teams are.

It's a massive number for a one off PPV, new format.
What are you talking about?
Still lower than all the other viewership by a substantial margin. You can twist it no matter how you like. It may be good streaming numbers but honestly doesnt have much competition. And when compared to games shown on both its not even in the same ballpark
-
Wow they were flexing that 23 million viewership and they were by far the least watched game... even loosing to a 4:30 monday game
-
It make sense. If it wasnt worded that way a player could just be laying out of bounds and recover a loose fumble. However im pretty sure the ball hit the turf next to Pats helmet and not his actual helmet. And even if it did i think his body still may have been in the air (not touching the sideline) when ball "touched" his helmet

He has not played meaningful football since 2021.
And the other punter off the street have played in meaningful games? Would would you rather have? Come on. A punter can easily stay in shape and kick balls... its not like any other position in the NFL.
