Sounds like McDermott needs a meeting with the Bobs

Unless Jim Kelly is now an owner of the Bills, or in a top management position, this should have ZERO bearing on the situation.
What matters most is bringing in a top level coach who can get the Bills to the SB, sooner rather than later. I would say that Harbaugh fits the bill perfectly.
I am not saying it matters on the Bills side of things, I am saying it matters to Harbaugh and he likely wont want to come here.
I do agree he would be a good fit

Would need to radically alter the WR room. But it is an offense with at least enough similarity that there would be some conceptual carry over. But we'd need more speed for sure.
Isnt that a need already?

Quadir is becoming my favorite on this team!!
I hope he's a 4 year guy
The team def feeds off of his energy and scrapiness, which is what we need.

Harbaugh is not coming here. He and Jim Kelly hate each other

If you think Belichick, Vrabel, or Caroll can do better you have to go get one and can McD

Forget him as a head coach. His defense didn't stop one single KC drive until the 4th quarter. He rallied us to make the playoffs, but he doesn't have it in him to win a championship
It's not a leadership thing it's a schematic thing, his defense will never beat Mahomes in the playoffs, we need to bring in someone with a new philosophy. Especially with proven guys like BB, Caroll and even Vrabel out there now, go get one

I'm happy to watch the game with other fans in person that are as into the game as I am, or occasionally at a Bills Backers bar.
But by and large, my days of watching the game with casual fans, people who wanna talk through the whole game, ask a bunch of questions, chat about unrelated topics, etc...are long over.
It's the reason I've been doing "Super Bowl Party for One" for years. I just really love football and want to concentrate on the game. The nuance of it, the visuals, the audio, the commentary. I want to fully take in the game. There are plenty of opportunities to be social OUTSIDE of football. You want to watch the game with me? Great. Let's watch it. You wanna use the game as pretext to be social or to have a party? I'm really just not interested. I don't mean to be a curmudgeon, that's just how I feel.
As for Tweeting or message board-ing during the game. I don't know. I've literally never tried it. Maybe I'd like it? I don't know. Perhaps I'll give it a shot next year during an early season game.
This is me to a T! I do have a group text with friends that we shoot each other thoughts during the game but I can shoot one off quick during commercials.
I find it helps me relax more

Also an observation, JJ Starling's shot, his hitch seems to be going away that he had early in the year and it looks to have improved his shooting.

I was out of town and missed the UNC game. But they looked good against Pitt tonight. Best shooting effort of the year.
They showed more maturity it seemed, took care of the basketball for the most part and played solid d- 1

They scored 38 against the Steelers with Watt and a healthy Fitzpatrick last year with Gabe.
these overreaction threads to one game are insane.
Watt did not play last year

The combo of Romo and Nantz are my top commentary team. I guess people just got annoyed listening to Romo but I’d much rather hear him over that tool Chris Collingsworth any day.
I’m also a big fan of Kevin Harlan and Trent Green. I remember Harlan was one of the lower ranking teams and he always drew Bills games during the end of the drought. He made those game fun.
I like Harlan but can’t stand Green- 1

Now that is a slap in the face! Anthony Lynn and Doug Marrone both ahead of Sean McDermott!!
I thought the Anthony Lynn hire was stupid from the start. He had no experience. He went from a running backs coach to an interim coach for part of the year, to head coach. I always thought he would fail.
Vance Joseph was 3 too!

There are two problems here. First no call on the helmet to helmet (this being the second BEYOND obvious foul that should have been called, first being the Knox PI) the other issue is McD waisted the last TO with 57 seconds left. We were over the 50, had a first down and plenty of time. Just spike it.
He called the last time out before the third down play, not after. (I wasnt happy about it then either)

These fans that panic and worry are the exact same thing they complain about McD being which is funny to me.
We get to the big moment and all they do is worry and panic. This is what we waited for all year! -
I remember how it was said around the time of the preseason game that Tomlin did a little game planning as they were angry at how bad we beat them last year. I have to imagine using that motivation tactic twice may have some diminishing returns on their side

The announcers said he told them it took a bit for him to find his groove calling plays and being head coach, but said he finally found it. I think the results bear that
