McC can play the outside as well, not just slot.
Yes,I know. But he's not a big bodied blocking type WR. That said,I'd be thrilled to have him

Ladd lined up at slot very little in college. He line up outside >70% of the time. Ladd, Shakir, and Kinkaid playing off each other would be great. Josh isn’t an anticipation thrower, he throws when he sees someone open. Nobody separates better than Ladd in this draft, including the big 3. His yac is great too. Weakness is getting away form bump and run, but that can be aleviated through motion.
I agree with this, I just think his projected role is slot, with flex outside at the next level. But that's exactly what Shakir and Samuel do. It'd be an interesting rotation for sure. Imagine the pre snap motions! I do however believe we need a true "x" ,and servicable blocker to contribute consistently as well

I didn’t intend to throw any shade on McConkey, I misspoke there. I was really hoping and looking forward for Beane to find a way to draft Brian Thomas Jr but at this point I’m getting the feeling that is probably just a pipe dream. I wouldn’t be unhappy if Beane does end up just taking McConkey.
I gotcha bud. I'm in the same frame of mind. But I really do like McConkey. I just wonder how many "slot" WRs we can truly use and thrive. A lack of diversity might bite us in the ass eventually. I guess we'll find out soon enough👍

I think he's toast. And was never great to begin with. If he was Jerry Rice at the end of his career, take a shot. But a WR who was Never great in his career, nah. Also,I'm not sure "settle" is the right description for McConkey. I think he'll be a good/solid player in the league for many years. Just not sure that equates to a first rd pick,at least for us, considering his fit at this time with our current roster

Idk why people think Zak Zinter will last beyond the top 75ish pick. He's definately worthy of it

Chicago Bears get: Josh Allen
Buffalo Bills get: #1, #9, 2025 1st and 2nd
If not, what would it take? Everybody’s got a price!
What would it take? It would take an EmotionallyUnstable, soon to be fired,GM

I have it as a-DON-aye. For some reason I think of a young "adonis". Or biblically like Madonna(not the gross 70year old lol). I guessing we'll hear alot of plays involving "A.D." at the next level

Ainias Smith with one of our 5-6ths would be a good get imo. Kid's a Deebo lite and is a monster in the punt return game. Might actually see some offensive snaps in a few years if he keeps his nose to the grindstone

I'll always associate 14 with Frank Reich - having sat in the stands that amazing day in January 1993
I've heard this verbatim from 92 family/friend/ associates in my lifetime. I don't doubt you,but I never doubted them either.....until I did the math🤣 That said,it's Frank all day

Love the kid. Not worth a 2nd,and likely not there @ our picks in the 4th. Him or the Estime(spellcheck) would be a perfect counter to Cook

Same thing in Central PA. I get at least one "Go Bills" everyday. There's even a guy with a Rex Ryan pickup truck that lives in my town lol. It's awesome to see👍

Of the remaining options, nobody consistently gets seperation,is more versatile, and has an elite shuttle time like McConkey. Ran a 4.39 I think he fits JB's gameplan well with Shakir/Samuel all being versatile, imagine the pre snap motions. Add in the DK's and Cook,it could be quite interesting. Also, grab Javon Baker(or similar) later and I'd be thrilled

Yeah, the "inquiries" were no doubt made made Beane himself. Nobody was reaching out for that contract lol

"Would've liked something this year, but the best I could get was a pick next year" tells me all I need to know. This has been in the wirks for a while, and there was not a great market for Diggs
