  1. I’d have to see it again, I never thought it was a fumble but an incompletion. It seemed like they used forward progress as the reason why he didn’t have to maintain possession when he hit the ground? Seems iffy. Denver thought so too and rushed to get a play in and ended up with a false start.
  2. I'm not so sure, as this was a criticism with the offense last year as well from what I remember.
  3. Looks nice and modern and will be an upgrade, but kind of generic. I'm curious where the "team's desire for a visual identity that reflects some of the historical architecture of Buffalo" is in the renderings. Or is that the three giant bison?
  4. Yeah I was wondering what this was too. McDermott did not look happy either.
  5. Isn't the Rooney Rule still a thing? Unless the mystery coach meets the requirements already.
  6. Sorry I wasn't taking detailed notes. I specifically mentioned it three or four times alone in the first half, but here it goes off the top of my head. There was a diving catch by Goodwin, there was a pass (over the middle!) to I think Bush where he had to go down and grab it and if hit in stride he could have picked up more yardage. There was that nice gain (again over the middle) to Clay that was behind him. The pass to the goal line at the end was high. But you know that is just off the top of my head, I'll leave it up to the all-22 folk to fill in the rest.
  7. Can't pin this all on the receivers. Saw plenty of opportunities of YAC if the ball placement would have been better.
  8. Last year in the preseason Taylor had a lot of zip on his passes, so much so that I remember commentators saying he needs to ease up a bit at times, everything was coming out a fastball. Then the season started and that zip wasn't quite the same, and this year it is non existent. Almost like they have coached him out of just going out there and sling it around the field. Him and EJ now seem to have the same ugly mechanics, that short step, all arm kind of thing. Just my uneducated observation.
  9. Underrated: John Holecek Overrated: Biscuit (I'm sure I'll get some heat on this one, He was good but outside of his first couple years he never lived up to the hype and seemed invisible in all the Super Bowls)
