We would all be safer, if we made sure anytime was the last time.
Maybe some day. Too many angry people around.

So only criminals can get them illegally from the southern border. Great plan lolActually Missouri has one of the highest firearm ownership rates in the country(legal), along with one of the highest homicide rates. Nothing to do with the southern border. It's quite easy to get guns in the US, legally.

i'm guessing that any time you can decide to pull the trigger in anger to attack/injure someone you have a few bolts loose.
no healthy individual is going to do this.
Unfortunately some people just resort to violence, because it's easy and they have no regard for life.
I think people use mental illness as a catch all to ignore the gun factor in shootings.

there are reports of another suspect trying to force their way into the nearby IRS building. FBI SWAT and Homeland are rushing to that area.
As for why this or understanding it - mental illness is not easily understood.
How do you know the shooters suffer from mental illness? And which illness?

Football is the most important thing that happens in Buffalo, by a longshot. It's not that way in most other cities. Plus Mafia loves to talk about themselves more than any other fan base, so they do get more PR because of it. They're not special, just big football fans.

We lost to KC in 2021 and 2022 because the Chiefs had a super team with Mahomes, Kelce and Hill. 13 seconds was inexcusable. We had played our very best game and had them beat.
In 2023 and 2024 we had injuries to several defensive players in the playoffs when it mattered. Our defense could not stop anyone, not even the Dolphins 3rd string quarterback. I already forgot his name!
We are never going to be the Patriots or the Chiefs and be a dynasty but if we just stay patient and get a little luck by not getting all the injuries again, I’ll take our chances over anyone.
Beane needs to work his magic, restructure, move some pieces around and get a #2 receiver and we will be fine.A little I’m hurt but not yet slain. I’ll just lie down and bleed a while, then I’ll rise and fight again.
kinda loses it's impact after 35 years.

No but if he signs a top of the market long term deal it will hurt them long term. You won't be able to keep a few of these good young players (Waddle, Eichenberg, Hunt, Jackson, Phillips, Wilkins, Hollands).
Did it hurt the Bills? At the time, Josh's contract was at the top.

In the 2012 draft Atlanta traded up to get Julio Jones. Here is the breakdown of the deal;
#6: Cleveland → Atlanta. (D) Cleveland traded this pick to Atlanta for Atlanta's first (27th overall, which later became #26), second (59th) and fourth-rounder (124th) and also Atlanta's first- and fourth-round selections in 2012.
Bills are in win now mode. We need an elite WR to put us over the top. Enter one of Malik Nabers (who I prefer) or Odunze.
Is the time right now to do this with Josh and our window ?
Or should I put down the pipe and stick to trashing Tua?
We have a lot of potential holes on defense to fill. Can't trade the bounty to move up.

Can it "fall apart" if it only works against bad teams in the first place?
They lost this season because they were missing impact players on defense, Oline and Waddle and Hill were injured a lot. They are a good team and they are capable of improving. We didn't beat those bad teams this season and we can't beat good teams in the playoffs, so do we have a bigger problem? Our cap space is already making things difficult.

Yeah.... and only 150 million for the rest of team. Next year is their last chance in my opinion to be relevant
The cap goes up every season and most teams know how to manage it well. If your hopes depend on the Dolphins having cap problems, I think you'll be disappointed.
10 minutes ago, Doc Brown said:It's a system where it only works if you can draft and keep premier talent on offense. You can't do that with paying a good but not elite qb top of the market QB money. You saw what happened to Purdy had to play without McCaffrey, Deebo, and Trent Williams this season.
Tua's numbers went down when they started losing offensive line starters, Hill was hobbled, and Waddle was dealing with that high ankle sprain. They averaged 13.3 ppg against the Ravens, us, and the Chiefs to finish out their season.
Do you really think the offense falls apart if they sign Tua?
Like SF, most teams would take a hit if they were missing superstars like that.

Tells you a lot when the Bulls fans are all aboard and the Dolphins fNs are like ummmmmmm Idk about this. They are so screwed. Can't wait for 100 million to be tied up in Tua, Hill and Waddle
Tua, Hill and Waddle is a pretty damn good offense. Waddle and Hill were playing hurt or not playing at all late. Careful what you wish for.

9 turnovers is insane; how is that even possible?
I haven’t seen that game since it aired (for obvious reasons), but now am curious to go back and watch it.
(I do remember one of the SB’s against Dallas, we were up at halftime!).
We even punted 3 times with the 9 turnovers.

Not a terribly inspiring hire. Allen's passing numbers were down, under 200 yards against KC, Diggs invisible after Brady took over.
16 passes behind the LOS in the playoff game is not really something to get excited about.
He's better than Dorsey, but that's a low bar.
Had to think a lot of coaches would have loved to work with our offense.

The flaw in this line of reasoning is the assumption that most NFL head coaches are drawn from the NFL player pool. They’re not.
Bellichek, Lombardi, and Walsh are probably the 3 best NFL HC of the modern era. They collectively played zero downs in the NFL.
What is true is that almost all NFL HC played high school football. Or lower level college football. That is the real pool that’s being drawn from.
Is your point that there is no issue with minority hiring in the head coaching ranks?
Not sure Lombardi was in the modern era, but not important. Do you think any blacks were even interviewed when BB, Lombardi and Walsh were hired? That's the point... opportunity.
approx 40% of assistant coaches are black, going into 2023, there were 3 black head coaches, less than 10%, 3 more were recently hired, so now closer to 20%. Progress.

And how did that go? Patricia is a waste of space just like every other BB disciple.Patricia is a fraud. Has anyone ever seen him use that pencil that's always on his ear? Never used it, it's an act.

Blacks aren’t being targeted as unfit candidates. There are more white coaches in the NFL because there are a lot more white people in America. It’s not a slight against black people just a fact.
My whole family is white, we are not in the coaching pool, so no, the US population really has no impact on NFL hires.
56% of NFL players are black, I'm gonna guess that most coaches played at some point... that's where the pool comes from.

I love how the Rooney rule requires teams to interview candidates of color. Liberal NFL at its finest. Hire the BEST candidate not someone based on color
The NFL doesn't force teams to hire anyone. Just to be fair and not exclude black assistants as had done since the start of the NFL until recently.

Kinda hard for them not to know about the mafia, have you ever seen a fan base that talks so much about themselves. Loyal? yes, humble ? hardly.

Maybe need an OC that can get him the ball more often.
Not sure where the fault lies, but not much Diggs production after Brady took over.

If murder was legal, there'd be a lot more of it. My ex is probably fortunate that it is against the law, lol.
And there really is no push to ban all guns.
