That’s why I think this was retaliation for Israel’s attack on the Iranian embassy in Syria.
Iran has to respond to save face, but does so in a way that Israel can defeat the attack to prevent escalation.
Stop calling it an embassy.

It looks like they have launched missiles. I only have NewsMax on via Rumble. Anyone have a good up to date link or twitter feed?
Missiles yes, but hypersonic missiles no.
Right now seems like it will be ballistic missiles that are easily intercepted.

Only a moron would blame Trump. He hasn't been in Office for 3 years+ now. Blame would definitely be more appropriate for the current occupant.

It’s all good.Deterrence is a nice goal, but when you're dealing with a country run by non-rational actors, you still aren't likely to have an ideal outcome.
Also, short term != long run.
Yeah this is bound to be ugly for a little while, but it probably needs to be done.

Defensive system saturation.
Will be interesting to see the outcome.
They clearly didn't heed the "don't" admonition from our executive branch.
To be fair blaming Trump or Biden (I'm seeing both flavors of that nonsense) is silliness.
This has been decades in the making. Assuming we come to their aid, Iran will be set back decades both economically and militarily. Maybe most important is that their nuclear capability will be next to nothing when the dust settles.
Call me hawkish, but this might actually be a good thing in the long run.

Cruise missiles have been reported to be fired now.
Hopefully the good to come out of this will be the end of that wacko regime in Iran.

More like Dexter GReedO...
(And yes, I know Greedo didn't shoot first before Lucas started being a twatwaffle with his own material)

Honestly what she said wasn't all that bad and provided you didn't take it in the most absolute literal way possible it didn't even portray Diggs that badly either.

“But if the thing is true, that evidence of virginity was not found in the young woman, then they shall bring out the young woman to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done an outrageous thing in Israel by ***** in her father's house. So you shall purge the evil from your midst. “If a man is found lying with the wife of another man, both of them shall die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.”
-Deuteronomy 22:20-22
Can we agree to not slander religion? There’s subjects in all faiths that are harsh according to today’s standards.
And the “savage” native Americans, and people of color, and Asians and orientals. What’s funny is now even white people are getting it badly and they, understandably, do not like it. It’s wrong no matter who it is.
The very crap you quote from these stupid books is the reason why we should all slander religion.

You and I are not on the same page here. Graham and Wawrow are credible people in my book. One can have whatever personal opinions they want about those guys, but I have never been given any reason to doubt their professional credibility. Graham admits that he didn't hear what Diggs actually said to Allen, but I have no reason to believe he would make up Allen's response.
I believe him.Count me in the group that was frequently annoyed by TG and JW but I don't think I ever questioned their credibility.

I mean, you have to start to think the reason the media pounced on everything he said had to do with the fact that they had some insight into the locker room and knew he was a little B word.
I'm guessing we'll hear more about what an ass he was in the coming days.

This is a very big deal.
If the Israelis stuck the Iranian Consulate in Damascus, that is a clear ramping up.
Tells me two things:
1. The Iranians will respond, further ratcheting up the likelihood of a larger scope middle east conflict.
2. The Israelis are not concerned about the Biden Administration as much as they used to be deeply respectful of US views on their military action. I think they have pretty much given up on him.
The fact that it involved an embassy was notable in and of itself. The Iranians are definitely going to respond, albeit in their usual cowardly manner, most likely through Hezbollah.
I'm assuming the Israelis are well aware of the hornets nest they've kicked. Maybe in hopes that an escalation will draw in the US further.

Outcry over Bills' personal seat license rollout misguided ??
Only 1.6% of season-ticket account holders (all of whom have premium club-seat locations at the current stadium) have been invited to the Stadium Experience in Amherst
Among the people who have been invited, 96% have visited the Stadium Experience or scheduled a visit, and 75% of the account holders who have visited have signed PSL agreements for club seats.
As soon as this summer, season-ticket holders who currently have lower-bowl seats around midfield will be contacted. The PSL process will continue through the summer of 2026
Tonight at 11:
"Local sports reporter who will attend all games for free on behalf of the selling organization derides the cost concerns of paying customers."
In all seriousness it's a bit of a small sample set and given that the Bills are fully in control of whom they bring and in what order it should be of little surprise to anyone that their initial hit rate is good.
I'll reserve judgement until I see what I'm going to be asked to pay.

from everything i've read....
there is no "set" amount
they have stated publicly a target of $200 mil thru PSL's
there is no "cap" ....they are free to raise as much as they can
If they sell 40k PSLs that's only an average cost of 5k per seat. Considering some of the premium PSLs are going for $30,000 or more, it would seem like the cheaper seats aren't going to be that bad.

He beats up women, children and old men and the league gives zero *****.
I'm friends with someone who is very close with Goodell. He related an anecdote to me once about how Rog said running the league was akin to "babysitting 1500 felons".
Seems pretty accurate.

Had they not been white, there would be riots. When people kill other people who look like themselves, no one gives a *****, and consequently the news won't make a big deal out of it and try and further the division within our society.

OTOH, I do think the degree of furor over this particular tweet is overblown. I could say "it's childish; stop attacking him for acknowledging that the NFL is a business and regardless of what he prefers, at this time of the year a player can be swapped or cut."
I agree this most recent tweet isn't exactly inflammatory, but taken in the broader context of his body of work, it just adds to the belief that he's a childish diva.

From SI's Emmy award winner Mike Fisher (aka not just some blogger):
"The Buffalo Bills wideout is addicted to the social-media drama and he simply will not stop."
He knows he gets national attention with this kind of stuff. He needs to stop. It's childish. Stop defending his poor behavior.
