The in-seat heating didn't last long in the current clubs. It was pretty awful.

The Founder’s Club seats are heated seats and also have radiant heat overhead. Those seats and row depth are enormous. Rob could sit on Rex’s lap (nasty image) and they still would not reach the seat in front of them.

I have the possibility of splitting a pair of club seats with a family member who currently has a pair of clubs. In their meeting they were quoted 15 K per seat. Is there any advice you guys may have?

Based on @Kirby Jacksonmost recent club reservation @10 yd line, would verify section and if you and family member are good with that location then pick them up quickly before they end up being closer to the goal line.

It feels like a small win. I was thinking that it was going to be $20k per but holding out worked. They called immediately. We moved to the next section over. We saved $10k in license fees and like $1k in tickets annually. My brother did too because we are together.

Someone had asked on the payment structure too. It is 20% today and then the rest is divided evenly until December 1, 2026 (interest free).

Which yard line are these seats? Perhaps lowering East Club seats as they get closer to end zone?

I’m going tomorrow with no idea what we are going to do. There’s really 3 options and each has flaws. 1) East Club - heated, covered, most expensive. 2) Field Club - great location, less expensive, not heated or covered 3) Wait and slide into the corners somewhere. Hoping to still be covered but probably sacrificing heat and amenities.

I’ll report back with whatever I learn.

It will be interesting to hear which sections are now unavailable in the East Clubs. When I committed two weeks ago there were 3 sections sold out. Reply about that if the rep says something.

The time-share analogy has been my premise from the time these 'appointments' were first announced. At that time people had no idea what the pricing would look like. Now that some of that pricing has been revealed I'm reading conflicting opinions on here as to whether it's the price or the style of presentation that is so off-putting.

I have posted this elsewhere but some may have missed it due to the length of this thread. My Bills Experience was on Tuesday, March 19.

i was a bit surprised at the PSL price and was not ready to commit at that time but requested the PSL agreement doc from my rep. She sent it a couple days later and I reviewed it. Fortunately, the PSL expense fit in my entertainment budget so called my rep back to reserve club seats. Unfortunately, the seats that were shown during my experience were no longer available so selected 2 others that my rep showed in a virtual view.

I had 2 reps during my presentation and both were nice and cordial and I never felt any pressure like a ‘time share’ presentation would entail.

I am attaching a link to the PSL Agreement that I received and signed. I have whited out any personal info.

Some on this thread have such animosity toward the Bills, the owner, and the PSL process. If PSLs are not for you, then I hope you are able to secure individual game tix to those games you would like to attend in 2026.

One will never convince me 10% is a good loan rate. But yeah if you have to have seasons and this is the way one has to finance the PSL, more power to you.

If you are financing PSLs then perhaps you should not be purchasing them. I take it as a lost expense…somewhat like purchasing a fun car that you intend to keep until it dies. After 10 years it’s worth much less and that will probably occur with the PSL. It’s a bonus if it’s worth anything after a while but the benefit of enjoying the seats is like the benefit of enjoying the vehicle while you have it.

    Yes. Squatters rights.

I'm going to be pissed if my seats get taken by someone else. My seats go back to the 70s, so maybe that enlightens you.

Just FYI. I took my time in deciding on seats and the result was my seats in the new stadium are not as good as my seats in Highmark. I was shown similar view seats but those were gone by the time I decided. That’s the way it goes when you delay.

I think I remember that @Mr Info mentioned a 20-some page agreement that he was having his lawyer review, but I may be mistaken.

You are correct. My rep sent me a copy of the 27 page PSL agreement to review before deciding whether to purchase. Included were payment terms, licensee benefits & obligations, non payment of season tickets, etc.

I’ve been trying to like baseball for years but it’s archaic. Why start when snow is on the ground in March and end when the snow starts falling in November? So dumb

I am with you on this. Loved baseball when I was a kid but the lack of a true cap makes it extremely difficult for low budget teams to compete with the high $ teams. Frustrating to root for a team on the lower end of player expense budget. Platitudes to those teams that are able to remain competitive in this environment. How can other teams in the NL compete with the Dodgers? Perhaps a low budget team can be opportunistic when the big budget teams have injuries but that should not be the basis for a team to succeed.
I would stop following the NFL if they dropped the budget cap for all teams as well.

I wasn’t saying the timeshare argument was there for the presentation. But the pricing model seems to be similar. Like how they aren’t informing you of prices in lesser sections that what your currently in. They are starting at the highest and most expensive and won’t provide you any info on lesser options until they’ve exhausted the most expensive seats. At that point they will decide the pricing after that. If there’s still a huge demand they will continue at higher rates, if the sales are slowing down they have the ability to lower the prices.

I disagree again based on my experience. They informed me there were 3 clubs (Founders, East Club, and Field Club). I told them I was not interested in Founders. East Clubs were more similar to the clubs I currently have but they also spent a good deal of time explaining the differences and pricing between the East and Field clubs. I felt I could have easily selected the less expensive Field clubs but chose the East clubs instead.

Perhaps your example is what you are anticipating for stadium seating. But I am providing my experience and interaction that they were not pushing the East clubs which were more similar (and expensive) to my current seats than Field clubs.

Everyone wants to joke about it, but @SoCal Deek was on the money when he said it feels like a timeshare meeting. It 100% has that feeling. Regardless in person while at the experience how they treat you, the structure of starting at your highest rates and then systematically lowering just a little bit at a time to see what they can squeeze out of each target group at a time.

Quoted where I disagree based on my Experience meeting.

I have been to timeshare meetings and never felt pressured at the Bills Experience. I walked out without signing anything when my appt ended. My rep sent me the details I requested within a couple of days.
Actually, I wish I had signed while I was there because equivalent seats to my present club seat location were unavailable when I called back a few days later to obtain club seats.

In a sense. Some schools require a mandatory donation to buy tickets.

I thought I read @Mr Info saying some sections are sold out already?

Yes, got seats yesterday but not as good as the ones available last week. East club sections C224, C225, & C226 (midfield) are sold out except a few 3 seaters that they will not break up for 2 seats. Sections C203 & C204 were nearly sold out and I got seats in C204 near the 25 yard line. Unfortunately, not as good as my current club seats. I should have acted more quickly.
