  1. They used to do something like this for the Premiere League where they would have a fan from each team calling the game in the same booth. It wasn't actually live, but was still pretty entertaining. As the digital platforms expand, there's really no reason they couldn't offer something like this an optional audio stream. Of course the NFL would never do it because they probably think Rich Gannon is fantastic.
  2. Was there in '88. 15 years old. Storming the field was great, but my favorite memory of that day was pulling out of the parking lot and seeing a piece of the goalpost being carried through the mist and past our car. Was already a fan for life, but that day I knew I would always be a member of a tribe. Of lovable idiots.
  3. So if he makes the team and we have 3 Johnson's in the secondary, we can call our dime package a Bunch of *****. I'll see myself out.
  4. It's interesting how devalued Darby was by his off the field transgressions and yet Winston was the number one overall pick. I don't recall the discussion around Winston's draft position being based on his character as much as it was comparing him to Mariota. Not to excuse Darby's issues.
  5. So basically, copy Seattle's defense. It did "hold" them to 28 points in the Super Bowl.
  6. Listening to the two idiots on WGR post game and they are so condescending to the fans it's ridiculous. Why do they expect fans to ask the perfect question every time? Be professional, take the gist of the question and talk about it without being such d**ks. I think Bills fans deserve better.
  7. Long time listener, first time caller. Schopp was insufferable today on the post-game. He was a jerk to everyone that called in. He insisted that the win somehow shouldn't count against the Pats AFC home win streak because the Pats "chose" not to win (totally disregarding that they lost the 1st half with Brady) but never considered that the Pats have won several similar games during that streak. So the wins count for the Pats streak, but the loss in a similar situation shouldn't? What a d*ck. Then he says he doesn't want to discuss whether or not the game meant anything, but keeps resetting the point on his own. The game may have not meant anything, but how many of these "meaningless" week 17 games have we gone out and gotten crushed? How did you feel after those games? I don't feel like we won the Superbowl today, but it beats a kick in the nuts. Schopp apparently would have preferred the kick. Give me Sal any day, at least you can have a discussion.
