This board has some questions on the rule specifics as is pertain to hiring.... The NFL has tinkered with the Rooney Rule several times since the embarrassing hiring cycle following the 2019 regular season when just one of five coaching vacancies was filled by a person of color. In May 2020, the league changed the Rooney Rule to require teams to interview at least two external minority candidates for a head coaching job and at least one external minority candidate for a coordinator job. BUF is required to comply and interview aft least one external minority candidate for any coordinator opening

he's big, strong, smart....he's a leader....pro-style under-center offense...he can run too...maybe not as fast as newton...but I like him...really strong arm.....6-5, 240.... if buddy's still here...its a QB from either the SEC or ACC...he has drafted almost as many ACC players as SEC...i hink he's been in Talahassee this year... btw, 2nd qb choice would be Glennon...not a big Murray fan

I say get Willis and trade back into first to get RB Pittman. Pittman's production at Ohio State is impressive. I don't know if Pittman will last until 10th Pick in 2nd. I love Lynch but......

I haven't posted on this board for over 2 years. The only reason I am on is because I agree on P. Willis. he is a stud and somone to plug in for Fletch @ MLB. I have been watching P. Willis for about 4 months now and am amazed at the consistency in his production. He's high charachter and he should be there at #12.
