I like the Bills being a bit underrated. They have middle of the pack draft capital so I think you’re spot on. They will likely remain about in that spot. Fine with me. Better than SB favorites!

I’d rather be SB favorites because that means we have a better team. Its not like we have won any more or less being an underdog or favorite

For comparison, these were their rankings AFTER the draft last year.

Injuries will always play such a big part of any season

    Pro sports are a business.

If he turns into a Cam Newton-sized pumpkin in two years then the Bills won't be offering him another 5 year extension, will they?

So it's naive to not realize the real possibility that a star might decide to change teams to benefit his career.

I'm not a McDermott hater but even I know a significant faction of Bills fans are certain that McDermott is wasting Josh Allen's career.

Don't be surprised if the Bills don't land a top WR in this draft if the national media Bills-talk shifts from Stefon Diggs drama to talking up the idea that Allen should leave Buffalo so he can have a perceived "fair fight" with Mahomes.

Won't hurt the league's feelings any for Mahomes/Allen to turn into a SB matchup either.

He loves southern CA.   He'd be awesome for the Rams.

The Niners are his boyhood team.

McVay and Shanahan have been to 4 SB's and lost 3 because they were out-gunned at QB.

Neither organization has any long term commitments at QB.   Don't think they haven't pondered the possibility of landing Josh Allen.    And the return for Buffalo would be a joke compared to the loss.

Makes way too much sense and in 2025 Josh Allen reaches that half-way point of his deal and has a $60M cap hit.   $25M of that is a roster bonus.   He has leverage to force his way out.

By not firing McDermott we pretty much guaranteed Josh is gone after 2025

I'm honestly starting to really come around on the Green Bay method for our Offense.  Especially with Kincaid set to take on a bigger role moving forward.

Still think we need two above average receivers added to this roster, but I'm not as sold that one of them needs to be a bona fide WR1.

Davante Adams, Donald Driver, Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings. They have always had a #1 guy, they aren’t always found in the first round. They draft a bunch of guys and hope one breaks out

Roquan Smith got traded for a second and fifth from Baltimore, and I think Milano is a better player

What? Milano is a good LB with injury history, Roquan might be the LB and he also stays healthy

I agree on Diggs and White until they got traded/injured/cut (they haven't quite aged out.

I respectfully disagree on Poyer and Hyde, and I LOVED Dr Poyer and Mr Hyde.  But they were never freakazoids.  They were players whose Football IQ, synchrony and hard work made them a far greater whole than the sum of their physical abilities.

I billieve their high level football IQ & work ethic is what would put them in the “freakazoid” category. Hyde & Poyer could put them in better positions to make plays than someone who was a better athlete.

I'm not saying McDermott will get us any further than we have been during his time as head coach.

What I'm saying is that there's now a narrative that may benefit Josh and the Bills.

I expect a season similar to the past few where we are in the playoffs and have a legitimate shot. Only difference is that now if we do that, Josh will receive more credit, which may get him an MVP trophy

Stop it with the “narrative”. Can this team contend for a Super Bowl the way it's coached and constructed?
