The Bills are making some changes to their scouting staff. I’m told Gerald Dixon, who had been a pro scout, is heading to the XFL. Asil Mulbah has been promoted to pro scout. The Bills hired RJ Webb as a scouting assistant, which was Mulbah’s previous role.
