It's looking like #Bills WR Duke Williams will be inactive for a third consecutive game. Williams is running routes with practice squad QB Davis Webb and usually inactive TE Tommy Sweeney. Reserve OL Ike Boettger and Ryan Bates are also a part of the pregame workout.
