Early returns in Allen - Ft. Wayne - are great for Donnelly. Mourdock won it narrowly in 2012, but Donnelly is ahead by 10! Six other smaller counties, though, show the same big shift to Braun as other rural areas. If Allen is repeated elsewhere, city v country is the IN story.
