I'm surprised the Bills didn't elevate QB Davis Webb for tomorrow's game. Unless they make Jake Fromm active for the game, Josh Allen and Matt Barkley will be the available QBs, as usual. Fromm hasn't practiced with the team basically at all this year as the emergency Covid QB.
