With all the injuries we've seen under McDermott I think he's done a remarkable job. He's similar to Reid in his Philly years. Yet I won't say he can lead us to a title as so many of our playoffs defeats came from a few plays missed by our offense or defense and the refs.

I may take a Saturday and give out report cards on posters here at TBD. Actually, that may take multiple Saturday's.

Possibly, but man the dude was aggressive. I miss that kind of offense. It comes down to McDermott though. Im not a Brady fan by any means, but this is complimentary football and McD has a governor on how fast he wants the offense to run/score. He likes slow methodical drives to rest his horrible defense. Add in the fact we have no WR's that can separate so I guess theyve sewn their own fate. This is what they want and when its bad, its really bad. Allen is a game manager now pretty much. Thats the really crappy part of it all.

Don't think Gabe will/ should take all the snaps, so I'd split him with Shavers. I probably would only use Coleman in the red zone. I also would play Moore and not Samuel. Palmer Shakir/ Moore Kincaid Davis/Shavers with a lone back. I'd also like to see them slip Cook through the hole and let him rip down the sideline for a deep shot.

Everything you mentioned in your assessment is accurate. It also unfortunately seems like he has work ethic issues. He was benched a quarter of a game this year and my memory is foggy but thought he had the same happen last year. Might be remembering wrong though. I, personally, think that his time here is short winding down. Seeing the way both McDermott and Allen chose their words very carefully about him....I don't think he's on solid footing. It wouldn't shock me to see him traded this off-season.
