Weather clearing up for Sunday it looks like at least in terms of rain... 45 and cloudy(no surprise for November, the month with 28% sunshine, lowest of any month in WNY), but winds 15-25 mph with higher gusts... Could make the passing and kicking game interesting Sunday.

Same goes for the Dear Abby marriage advisors.

I agree with you as well. I'd like him to be a great pocket passer. It would help longevity. He throws some nice ones here and there. That late pass to Palmer in the Ravens comeback game might have been his best throw ever from the pocket. But the overall accuracy and touch on the football is not all that great. He has a howitzer, it's hard to dial it back.

Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?

Part of the problem here is people have a tough time detaching from the drought. Obviously they hired a bunch of average to bad coaches in that time. Not one of them had Josh Allen though. What would Chan Gailey look like with Josh? The downside risk just isn’t there to keep status quo. We have 5 or so years of prime Josh left. You can’t miss this window IMO or you might not get one. They’ve already let it get too far IMO. -
Agree. I'm going to put this as delicately as I can here to try and avoid backlash. Allen has always been at his best when he's taken extra time in the off-season to work on his mechanics. I think that's not up for debate, either. This last off-season, look at what his life was. Guy got married. Took some (much deserved) time away. We see he apparently made about 50 different commercials. He was busy on the media circuit as the newly announced MVP. Guy had a lot to do For all the great things Josh can do, slowing down time isn't one. There are only so many hours in a day and days in the week. He's correct his feet have been off all year. So has his arm. I cannot remember a season when I've seen him sidearm so many passes. I believe you are correct. His mechanics need another overhaul.

Oh please stop with all this "the sky is falling" stuff. g-d. Every so called better team has 2-3 sh-tty losses as well, and I'm sure the week after those losses "the sky was falling" as well. geez.

Giants will definitely be in the mix for Belicheck they have a ton of top talented players at key positions. The Bills will also be a great spot for Belicheck for a few reasons #1 is he loves Josh Allen and would definitely want to coach him. #2 Coming back and beating the Patriots would definitely be bonus for him. #3 Would be able to bring Daboll with him to the Bills #4 The Storyline would fit like a glove imagine Belicheck taking the team he tormented to the Superbowl -

Lol, a few times a year, you and I are on opposite pages. It makes for good conversation and debate. 🍻 🤷🏻♂️ -
Sometimes good teams look at bad teams (2-7) Dolphins and think they are so bad that all we gotta do is show up and they will go into a fetal position. This is the NFL and even the bad teams have a shot at times. Not to mention that this was a division game and Buffalo has beaten them like a redheaded stepchild over the last few seasons. To Miami, this was their super bowl and big time revenge. The Dolphins wanted this more than life itself and some of the Bills players didn't put out the effort to win. Plus, they might have been looking past them at the Bucs. the Dolphins HC went trolling to a Bills bar after the game to rub it in. This game meant so much to them. We will see this week if that game was an anomaly or what the future holds. We Bills fans can only hope for the former!

Keon is definitely to blame if he's not coachable. I'm also going to point a finger at Beane, who drafted him when it was argued at the time he wasn't the right player the Bills needed, and also because they supposedly did their homework on this kid. I will say that if somehow Keon is able to turn it around and become a nice chess piece in this offense, I will gladly eat a hefty plate of crow, but time is ticking and the NFL doesn't wait long for players to mature and figure things out.

Rumors/speculation in the NYC area about Bill going to the Giants. He has history there and has always spoken highly of the organization. If he did become their next HC I wouldn't be surprised. -

Lawson, Reggie Ragland, and Adolphus Washington. Preston Brown played under Rex but was a Marrone draft pick. Ragland was going to play inside with Brown when they moved to a 3-4. I do remember it though. "We got three guys who can start coming off the bus." Lawson was never a 3-4 OLB but wasnt horrible. Washington was ok his first year but was never more than a rotational player. Ragland never started a down for the Bills in the regular season and was traded to surprise, Kansas City.

I think its likely because plays are never designed to actually go to him. He plays more snaps than kincaid and shakir, yet the entire passing offense has them as the primary reads on like every play. I look at it as a "get into the war" type of thing - you can't find rhythm or confidence when your job is clear outs and blocking. He probably wants to see the ball more - and that doesn't mean we should throw back shoulder throws on the sideline all game - it might be moving him across the formation from time to time. Just my 2 cents.
-
I would add another part to number 3. He’s referenced “trusting his feet” on a few occasions at pressers. He’s referring to his mechanics. Maybe he’s struggling with that part of his game. Ever since reporting to the Bills, his mechanics have been an ongoing project. It’s probably an exhausting experience mentally. I can relate to that issue with my golf swing. Maybe he’s struggling and needs a sports psychologist, although I’m thinking that may already be in place. I hope he finds what ever it is.

Belicheck and Daboll combo would be the best we can do. Josh best yrs were in the Ehardt Perkins system and Belicheck will get this defense to Superbowl caliber. BB knows the formula to winning it all he would be Josh Allen's Phil Jackson! -
I mean to me, it's ok to be a little smug before the season starts. And it's really ok to be wrong from time to time. I would say being willing to give up multiple high draft picks at the deadline to get a WR is an admission of a mistake. I'm actually curious to see if this translates to the off-season and he makes some moves to redo the WR room.

It is revolutionary in the sense that previous technology enabled enhancements to productivity resulting in workers being able to produce greater output then before. AI results in enhanced productivity while eliminating workers. The primary issue is all of the benefits of AI go to the owners of capital and all the costs and consequence go to labor. Millions will lose their jobs. The standard response from proponents of AI is the unemployed will work in "new" industries and jobs created as a result of AI without being able to articulate or speculate on what those new industries and jobs will be. Meanwhile, vast quantities of finite resources, water, natural gas, electricity, other materials are being allocated to this sector which will result in even greater costs to be borne by the have-nots. So far the focus has been to develop and deploy the technology as fast as possible and ignore any consequences to workers or society and civilization. The end goal being to produce an army of robot "slaves" to do the bidding of capitalists. Creating a class of 21st century slave owning plantations. A pretty dark vision for the future. I think it goes far beyond universal income. I'll speculate the party that seizes the high ground on the view that AI benefits and costs need to be managed and controlled and distributed equally for the good of all of society, not just wealthy tech moguls and their companies at the expense of everyone else will gain the upper hand winning a majority. Maybe as soon as 2026. My guess is the Democrats will embrace the issue as the Republicans are bit slow to catch on to the pulse of change going on here and generally this administration is adverse to taking on business interests.

This rant looks so bad now. He knew he effed up and tried to double down. Time for a change
-
Beanie will kick the can down the road some more and sign some backups to 8-10 mil dollar deals. This his motto the last 3 yrs and he won't change it. He's worse then the guy he always criticizes for bad management Whaley.
-
Then he'll fit right in.
-
Exactly. To me he lost the fanbase with this because it was either going to be he was right so people had to shutup OR it fails badly making him look like a fool while also hurting the team in the process. As a GM you get criticized 24/7, for this to be the way you handled it was pathetic and then ignore the WR spot the way he did until it was too late was criminal as the GM of the team. He can go this offseason.
