  1. Past hour
  2. Define Golden Age. If you like higher prices, more expensive electricity, rampant corruption, and inability to buy a home, then this is pretty sweet. I guess.
  3. I doubt the truth of the account (or any other facebook post, really), but yours is not the appropriate reaction.
  4. Patriots Coach and thier GM realize they are ahead of the schedule and have a long way to go, hence they did not go all in on trade deadline.
  5. Extra points for the "Solomon Wilcots voice", although you just might get banned....
  6. Bills had a good game plan on both sides of the ball Cant complain about being able to basically run at will and bloody their QB. McDermott taking over seems to have made some aggressive adjustments and tackling was 1000% better Probably best game all season. Bengals defense has been awful up until Ravens game . Brady be wise to run early and run often
  7. We all hate the Patriots but i might hate them a tiny bit less if they wore those nice Boston Patriots helmets and red uniforms full time. So much better than their current duds.
  8. 1 - The late hit on Josh woke us up, and that was plain for everyone to see (although I got some crap in another thread for saying the Bills were sleep walking through the first half until that hit). We were running the ball up and down the field, but until that hit, we had nothing to show for it on the scoreboard. It's a damning indictment of McDummy and his ability to get the team ready for its opponent. 3 - Vintage Gabe. Agree, on the replay, he slowed down after he broke to the inside. Otherwise, he was a non-factor, just like the rest of the WRs. 7 - Villian? 8 - Cook was the best re-signing that Beane made. At $12M/year, we robbed him blind. And before you give me crap for that statement, consider that Tupac got $15M/year.
  9. Right now: Taylor Gibbs Bijan Cook Achane Top 5
  10. I didn't click the link but of course agree that if a Bills fan did this, what an idiot (doesn't matter that they likely didn't know the back story). You're in an opponent's stadium, you deserve to have your axx kicked for doing this. If you were in Highmark, I'd still say you're a jerk but at least not likely to be beat up for it as you'd be surrounded by Bills fans.
  11. lol! Thank god. Bills can’t win without you on your A game
  12. Hate the Patriots but did enjoy the Boston road bowling segment with Kelce.
  13. I haven't looked at this thread at all, so I don't know what's been said. Tonight, the question seemed interesting to me, so I'll write a bit. I think the answer is yes. Joe Brady is the problem. I think a black and white answer like that is a bit unfair to Brady, but ultimately, yes, he is the problem. Here's why I think that: I think defenses have gotten better and better over the past five years. And to give McDermott some credit, his defenses were ahead of the curve. You look around the league now and you see everyone doing what looks like the Bills' standard defense: Rush four, drop seven, DO NOT GIVE UP THE DEEP BALL. Force the offense to run long drives to get to the red zone, and once they're in the red zone, your zone tightens up and your defense gets stingy. Rotate your DL. Teams have gotten really good at that, including teams with better talent than the Bills. The result is that pretty much all teams are having a lot more trouble passing. That kind of defense for the Bills was how they were able to stop the Chiefs so often in the regular season. Now, many teams are playing like that, and the Chiefs are having more trouble. Nobody is winning with great superstar receivers. Well, the Cowboys are, but the Cowboys' bubble always bursts, and I think it will again this season. So, what does that say about the teams that have successful offenses. One, they run the ball, so there's that. But some can pass pretty effectively. The Bills are actually better than most, at least in terms of yards per game. But in all their losses, the Bills scored 20 or fewer points. It was the offense stagnating that lost the game. It's not the receivers who are the problem. The defenses are, like defense around the league, forcing the Bills to throw underneath. Good teams do it effectively, not because they have deep threats, but because they have schemes that get guys open underneath, on time, in places where Josh expects to find them. One way or another, that's on Brady. Either his routes are predictable, his receivers aren't running them, or Josh doesn't understand them. Samuels and Palmer and Moore all have had consistently better seasons on other teams, Knox and Kincaid have underperformed their potential. Josh has shown in the past that he was good at the route trees and the decision making. Defenses have caught up to Brady, and Brady hasn't compensated.
  14. I like the G-men in an upset, 23-20. Some turnovers in this one to kill drives.
  15. Honestly I’d love to just run toss or duo or both 5 million times and man handle them in NE. When it comes to 2 weeks from now, I want to win running the same play over and over. I want to just go block their asses up and down the field and run over their silly assumption they can do anything this time of year. Whatever comes of the records, the division, the seeds…we can take their soul in two weeks. In a way that lasts through the playoffs even if they hold on to the division. Attn Pats fans: Your soul is mine PS: probably need to pass against Joe and Cinci so ok with a win their regardless of soul taking
  16. Right! Instead of that stupid screen pass to Shakir that fails 9 out of 10 times, how about some swing passes to Cook.
  17. Some Colorado entertainment for your pre-game viewing. Go G-Men!
  18. Would a Giants win tonight be a bigger upset than either of the NY NE Super Bowls? Stakes are lower of course, I just mean how shocking would it be?
  19. Good point about having the bye.. 3 wins on the road is very difficult. Not impossible, but difficult. That's a lot of physicality after playing 17 regular season games. But we were tough in the trenches yesterday. Just need to find some passing game, to keep defenses honest. That should be a high priority for the coaching staff and players.
  20. Dawkins is a big teddy bear. Doesn't play angry enough. Almost seems distracted, where he loses his focus and jumps Offside a lot. He obviously doesn't suck. But I would not lose any sleep if we traded him for a second round pick. Spencer Brown has that meanness that's needed on the O line. But we sure know how to develop our O lineman. Dam they were stout yesterday. Put a whupping on the Steelers. All their players from past decades could not have been happy watching that beatdown. We have matched up well against the Steelers in the McDermott era.
