Another instance of mutual responsibility. Yes, under Biden, there were walkbacks and probably some periods of shutdown, but that's only part of the story. Similar approaches were taken under Trump, and it's reasonable to conclude that had Trump taken COVID seriously (no masks, no social responsibility, taking the vax, then hinting against it, following his Lysol idiocy and the friggin charade on the rotunda saluting a helicopter after he damn near died of the virus) then we would have had fewer restrictions later. Trump's inflation, frankly, is a continuation and an exacerbation of the Trump/Biden inflation that started in 2020 and that still has not been adequately addressed. Now, Trump is compounding the problem by suggesting more free money (something that's free, of course, has no value) following his tariff/tax hike on American consumers. All of the jive about "economic boom" and "increasing supply" isn't going anywhere when consumer confidence is in the pits. Add in AI job cuts, and an otherwise contracting job market, and problems are on the horizon. Meanwhile, the sycophants follow along with whatever crazy idea a guy who, if not in the public eye, probably would have issues keeping his driver's license comes up with. The whole thing is madness.

Things that would help the Bills passing game, IMO. 1. A big, physical, #1 WR who can block AND take the top off a defense (example: Mike Evans). I know, what offense wouldn’t that help, right? But since the Bills only play one WR with 3 TE so much it would really help them for that WR to be good. Right now it’s Coleman. 2. Kincaid staying healthy. He’s their only downfield threat right now. 3. True speed on the outside. Multiple players. Maybe they get them a big play, but if not at least they can force defenses into deep zones and open things up for the TEs underneath and the running game. 4. A new OC. -

We only get rescues now, so we keep whatever name they come with. Sometimes we shorten it. Our current Chihuahua/Beagle mix, her shelter name was Chimichanga. We shortened it to "Chimi." Our first dog as a couple was a Scotty/Schnauzer we got as a pup. We called him Angus, or "Ang" for short. He was a terrific dog. Died way too young. My only dog growing up was terrier mix. We called her "Kukla" from the puppets on the Ed Sullivan Show Kukla, Fran & Ollie. My mom was Russian and Kukla means doll.

The 4th and 1 was funny. Cook hasn’t been used on 3rd or 4th down all year until that one play against KC and they ran that roll out to him in the flat. So here they are on 4h and 1 against Miami with Cook in the game, Mia call timeout to get set and when the play is run the gobbled up Cook in the flat. So predictable

https://www.nfl.com/news/eagles-jaire-alexander-stepping-away-from-football-cb-to-determine-playing-future "Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Jaire Alexander is stepping away from football to get right physically and mentally, NFL Network Insider Mike Garafolo reported Tuesday. The 28-year-old CB will then decide on his playing future after the break, per Garafolo." Interesting, I wonder what's going on.. he's been in the league for some time I remember the Packers-Bills game in 2022 where him and Diggs were fighting all night long.. something funny to see

I cannot do the analysis justice because there is so much, but I will highlight: Brady Game Plan-- Seemed to want to prove the Bills could throw the ball around the field instead of sticking to what worked against KC-- use Cook. But overall, there were lots of plays that could have been made, but Allen inexplicably did not execute. Allen-- "Allen's performance was below anything I've graded in his career." It was mind boggling. Terrible reads, passing over open receivers he was looking at, and simply not staying in-system. On the end zone pic, the play call was perfect against Cover 0, he had three good options but took none of the, and on option 4 he threw a terrible pass to Shavers. Josh's mind was clearly elsewhere on Sunday. O-Line-- Terrible lack of effort and execution. McGovern simply whiffed on blocks, and Dawkins looked like he could give a s$$t on some plays. No wonder Cook had some trouble running. Offensive miscues crush D late-- After Allen's fumble which basically ended the game. The D then collapsed. Not an excuse, simply a fact according to Kubiak. Kubiak's conclusion is better than anything I can paraphrase: "[All-22] reveals more examples of poor execution and effort from Bills offense. There was a lack of desire and ferocity, a lack of mental focus, and a lack of guardrails to keep Allen within the contours of his responsibility on each play." Read it and weep. Behind BN paywall.

Be in Cleveland for Browns Bills Dec21st (BRRRR), second Bills game there Josh VS Baker. Always a great time, Muni lot is a blast and even the 10 min walk to the Stadium is fun. The Dawg thing is overdone and as long u don't sit in Pound it's a good time. Browns fans are as close as Bills fans to passion around. FYI without the Vets, u would not have the ability to complain about anything.

Unless something miraculously horrible happens, nothing will ever be worse than the way that moron handled 13-seconds. Historically inept coaching.

I was sitting in that nice Orchard Park snowfall in the Divisional round vs Cincinnati and that game was over 4 minutes in. I'll put that up there with the worst McDermott loss because they weren't even prepared on any unit of the team. Just a completely depressing evening of football from start to finish. In any event, I won't say McD is coaching for his job vs Tampa, but this is a classic Bills bounceback game. If he can't get the guys to be physical, play with that extra edge... and win the game, then he's lost the team.

Blocking. And that means a lot to Brady. -
100% yes. I would like to see Keon mostly off the field or inactive for this game. I bet the passing game would perform better.

it's not so much the interest rate rather the terms of the loan. you could knock it down to a 30 year over time, but you're much better off creating a budget where you can afford the 30 year than taking on the 50. what makes me the most nervous about this proposal is that it shows me that there is absolutely no plan to fix the housing market. if this is the best that can be done, we're *****.

Who do we want, who do we need as our next HC and, or GM?
GunnerBill replied to jaybeezee's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm not open to either of them. Lane Kiffin would be a return to Rex IMO. A thoroughly dislikeable jackass who would not work hard enough to be an NFL Head Coach because he thinks he knows it all anyway. And the last time Gruden was good I was a young man. Hard NO to both. -

Actually the Bills scouts are pretty good. That is why they perform so well on day 3 of the draft - which is the scouts day. Day 1 and 2 are on the senior personnel team - Beane, Gaine, Gray primarily. -
