  1. Past hour
  2. Shout podcast was talking about The Man in the Arena and the Mamba Mentality. Spoke on MJ, Kobe and how Brady and Manning had that vibe. Also said Mahomes seems to have it. Josh, for as great as he is, doesn’t seem to. First time in my life I’ve thought Josh Allen has a legitimate shortcoming to Patrick Mahomes. …leadership.
  3. Could you imagine a few years ago being excited to see Gabe Davis be the Bills #1 Wr? Thanks Beane! 🤣🤣🤣
  4. I guess just read the post below. Better stated than anything I would have put together.
  5. All good, we don’t have to agree on everything obviously. But if he’s getting rocked that doesn’t mean he didn’t catch the pass. And no disrespect, but he would have gotten tackled not rocked IMHO. Positive yards is better than no yards. And it’s one of several plays Allen missed on, not just this one in a game where he was again off target, had poor mechanics, and poor pocket presence issues throughout.
  6. The UNFORGIVABLE 13 seconds epic choke by the Bills defensive head coach will never be topped by CHOKING to the 2-7 fins during the regular season who have a lame duck coach after they just fired their gm with back up secondary and traded one of their best defenders away! C'mon man!!!! 13 seconds was actually MUCH worse than the music city miracle when you think about it. MCM was only ONE PLAY!
  7. Who were his QBs? Derek Carr and Rich Gannon were his best. He's had Chris Dimms, Brian Greese, Brad Johnson. That's not cream of the crop by any stretch.
  8. With this offense and players around him. Allen is going to need to accept that he is going to need to live in that 5-15 yd range primarily and get it to 3rd/4th short where they can attack teams with either run or pass.
  9. He literally was the passing game coordinator of the greatest passing game in college football history Something has to be off... Sure the weapons might not be able to replicate the LSU passing offense But you think he could come up with some wrinkles
  10. 20-point underdogs, they led by as much as 21. DePaul got to within 2 but instead of folding they pulled away to win 66-53. Bulls are 3-0. UB Basketball might just be back! https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/video/_/gameId/401823427
  11. 🤣🤣 https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/46924174/brian-kelly-lawsuit-says-lsu-claims-not-formally-terminated-coach-now-seeking-fire-cause-avoid-buyout "In a legal filing against LSU's board of supervisors, Brian Kelly's attorneys say LSU has taken the position that it has not "formally terminated" Kelly as the Tigers' football coach. The school, according to the petition for declaratory judgment, is now seeking to fire Kelly "for cause" and potentially avoid paying a full buyout of nearly $54 million. The filing claims that LSU informed Kelly's representatives of this position Monday." Billy Napier, come on down. There is a spot for you at the LSU.
  12. I believe it was actually former Buffalo Bill, Steve Freeman. I bet that's who you're thinking about.
  13. not a vet but I salute and appreciate all of you 🫡
  14. We're talking about Brady's offense. Obviously before then it was the opposite. Miss the days where guys had career years playing here, that's how it should be. If I'm an NFL WR, I wouldn't find Buffalo a desirable spot at the moment.
  15. Not even close. If our 2 best offensive players don't turn the ball over 3 times we probably win. It's going to take a lot to dethrone 13 seconds.
  16. No thanks. He's 117-112 as a head coach.
  17. Love this post at first, but it ignores two things: First, it ignores how many plays and points the offense is leaving out there each week. The running game is ELITE at times. But, something is wrong in the passing game, and it's not as simple as bad WRs (although that's certainly an issue). I've wondered about the QBs and WRs coaches, and the backup QB, and if there's anyone truly preparing Allen for the nuances each week, while also repeatedly reminding him to take the small stuff early and often. Daboll was hard on Allen, which I think he 100% needs. I hated Daboll's sequencing and lack of run-pass sync, but he was interpersonally the right guy to coach 17. Second, it ignores what the defense looked like, starting post-bye, when McD took over and we still had Oliver for a couple plays and Hoecht for a handful more quarters. They were doing some things. Sure, we can roll our eyes at the Panthers results because of the Red Rifle. But those Chiefs results were pretty cool. Granted, the Chiefs are super one dimensional on offense, and that's where McD's defenses can actually be effective. Nevertheless, we've seen his desire to be more multiple and aggressive, finally. Not sure he has the horses now to do much but hang on and hope his offense scores a billion points (except for the offense's deliberate, plodding design now).
  18. Kubiak is my first choice by far but Saleh with McDaniel at OC intrigues me. Both San Fran guys so the connection is easy to make. Saleh always had his defense performing at a top tier level and it wasn't his choice to bring the circus to town in New Jersey.
  19. God bless all the soldier's on TBD
  20. They’ve done as good a job as they can, there’s no disputing that. But you do get the sense a slip up is coming...based on the fact no run lasts forever, and they’ve really slowed down the past two weeks. The results as of Sunday should be interesting
  21. AF EOD 81-84 FWIW
  22. Yes because John Brown's Cole Beasley stefon diggs Gabe Davis's Khalil shakir's careers all died in Buffalo
  23. Watch his game match ups on you tube.
  24. Josh hasn't had that fire in years at this point Not saying it's good or bad.. he's a professional he does most of his rah rah speeches not in front of cameras But this is a part that he has not shown in a while.. and it would be nice to get it back But that's on Josh Allen
  25. Buffalo has become a place where WRs go to die. You're not wrong. Sigh.
  26. I'm sure many posters have replied with only the text: "13 seconds" right? Edit: going to read backwards to make sure we're all sane enough to never forget that playoff debacle despite the offense HUMMING AT A HISTORIC LEVEL.
