Cook is their 2nd best player on offense. Not having him out there is a major blow to the offense. Allen can't get this team to the Super Bowl by himself. He needs help and Cook gives him that help on the offensive side of the ball. He even becomes more important to the Bills offense when you consider the receiving group is average at best.

I feel that a surprise player will be cut or traded in order to make room for the resigning /extension of Cook. Honestly, Deon Cain and Wilkerson have been a lot more consistent and available than Moore has.

I loved it. Did not know either until recently Method Man was such a big Jets fan. I kind of really couldn't help but laugh at Gastineau confronting Brett. Anyway Brett's proven to be a scumbag at times so he that coming. Despite being Jets: Salaam, Lyons, and Klecko overall came off as high quality old school type people.

Bad situation. Bills can't pay him the full market price. Paying Josh has its consequences. HE may well sit until week 10, and get to free agency. A plausible outcome. The Bills have other backs, and he would not, then, have a fancy set of 25 stats to hit the market with. I, for one, like this rb by committee. Lets do 1/3 each and let the chips fall where they may. Cook demanding more playing time sounds like Diggs, even though he is supposedly of good character. His brother coaching him on this I think, and that means he is likely gone, one way or the other. You arent wrong. When we throw a d1ldo at the Patriots its because we think they're a bunch of d1ldos and they can "go f#$% themselves". And there is even a divsional rivlary here. I enjoyed watching this reunion. A good retrospective of that era of football. I was saddened to learn that Abdul Salaam is no with us. Gastineau comes off as the same egotistical a-hole he always has been. I grew to respect these guys as football players despite the fact that they are Jets.

In 5 total games he has given up a total of 89 yards on 8 catches (13 targets). He has 1 pick and 1 TD given up. The game your thinking of is probably last year where he was targeted 6 times and gave up 5 completions for 54 yards. He also had 2 DPI (one was offset; reviewing game log reminded me what a gross flag fest that game was). Considering Wilson specifically he had the two DPI (accepted one was super ticky tack), gave up a TD (great job getting knee down by Wilson), and had one other downfield play given up. There was also a screen where gave up a few yards (dont think it was an explosive), and a one where Dorian doesnt undercut Wilsons route (from a cover 1 analysis iirc) and it gets credited to Benford who is bailing in off coverage (think its cover 3 or cover 4).

Not every guy needs to be a "leader". Cant have 53 leaders anyways. Too many Cooks in the kitchen (pun intended). The team and Offense have their leader. Josh. All they need after that is talent, and Cook has piles of it. Beane did go out of his way TWICE in the recent Catalano interview to praise Cook. Even had to catch himself going on a Cook-loving tangent when answering a question about Shakir.

Well, I think they both have said what a great teammate Cook is, and how hard working, and beloved by the team. And by them, I believe. To me, in addition to his skill set, what he shows his teammates in practice and in games, those things indicate he is an important locker room guy and leader.

I think there's almost zero chance Arch Manning goes to the draft The Mannings are all about staying 4 years in college and having over 20 college starts Maximum Arch is going to have like 13 or 14 which is basically going to be a short NFL career for what they would want.. he needs more experience Super talented but the way 95% of pundits and people just gave him this label of being the best and guaranteed number one pick is way way too soon... Remember he could not even beat out quinn ewers who went in the 7th round Arch Manning probably has 7 lb on klubnik who has definitely been getting bigger the last 2 years But 7 lb with 2 in height advantage really isn't that big a difference Dabo said klubnik is 212 and getting bigger Arch is definitely under 220... So they're not that far off And klubnik is wayyyy further along as a starting quarterback in college right now

I thought there was a chance things might be different in training camp, but virtually every report I've heard is that when all are healthy is Palmer and Coleman on the outside and Shakir in the slot
