The downside to this is it may result in the Bills being back in the drought years - oh wait with Coleman we probably will end up there anyway -

Maybe, Keon Coleman has the most snaps of any WR this season (70%), where Shakir has played about 61% Despite this, Shakir out targets him 58 to 49. If they benched Keon, I think Davis and Palmer would see an uptick, but Keon would still rotate in. Shakir would likely still be Allen's top choice when he is in. -

So what you're saying is the GOP got all the rednecks riled up? Or is it all of the GOP is a bunch of rednecks? Or is everyone that went on January 6th a gop? Or is it everybody on January 6th is a redneck? First off let's stop lumping everybody together... The rest is your perception, and that's okay. Some people just aren't as smart as other people. It just because you're still learning it's not a bad thing, keep it up buddy. I really hope that one day you can advance to the big boy table, because eventually you'll end up where the men sit. Because that's the point, disagree on perception and opinion all you want but then lumping everyone together is the biggest part of the problem. Maturity is to overcome that. I've seen you lump anybody here that's a republican in with some sort of maga Trump supporter who said January 6th was a great thing. I get it, you're outside your abilities or tapping the very best you can of intelligence but do some self-reflection to realize it's not an US versus them, you versus anyone. We're all the same.

I'm just excited for a great Sunday of football. Looks like the best lineup all year so far. Send the family away, stockpile the microbrews, order a pizza just for me. Bills-Bucs, then KC at DEN, then DET at Philly. That's a good solid 10 hours in the basement. -

Do you happen to know how that rate compares to traditional kickoffs? -

In one year. They just got a new coach and are going to flip their record from four and 13 to 13 and four. Hopefully this finally puts the Kabash on this mindnumbing McDermott era. Honestly, if it takes the Patriots beating the Chiefs in the playoffs after we lose to them for us to be finally done with it I will be thankful at this point -
This is not a political observation. It’s a practical one. I agree with what you said. And I fear that nobody in charge is smart or energetic enough to deal with the AI ripple that may well become a tidal wave. Trump and Biden both are long past prime. Harris would not have been all that much better. JD is, in my view, not a guy who’s gonna get elected for a variety of reasons. America is dying for someone young, normal, energetic, and thoughtful.

The fact that Joshua Palmer is a full participant this week and pretty clearly is going to play tells me he probably could have played on Sunday against the Phins. Gross. -

Thats always been his flaw. You cant count on him for any type of volume. His last season here, im not looking it up, but he had like 16/17 games with 3 or less catches... and like 14 of those were 2 or less. But yes if he could increase his production by 200-250% from last time, than yes, he'd be a welcome addition 😂 This says "through 3 weeks" in 2023. I genuinely dont know what the full season would look like, maybe its this good... but cant tell anything from that graphic -

so what you're saying the dems got all the rednecks riled up so they would attack the capitOl? not for a single second do i think the election was rigged. we all know trump. he found out he lost and crashed out. his ego was hurt and he couldn't bring himself to handle it. he started looking for votes and riling up his supporters. i wonder how mike pence feels about the election being rigged. trump incited violence just by letting people think he was being robbed. whether or not you agree with the election results, this is what he did. he knew damn well what that crowd was there for and did nothing to stop it. and a political event staged by both sides? nope. one group of middle aged, cosplay, proud boys decided to go to the capitOl and start some *****. if they were caught up in a dem conspiracy, they're nothing but stupid pawns. play this how you want, if they weren't there that day, j6 doesn't happen. you just didn't want to answer because you knew what i was getting at. you couldn't answer but other posters with different opinions than me did with no problem. you be an adult and actually stand up for self. post whatever you want. i'll wait for a few others to cover up and make excuses for every stupid thing this administration does. you're a rube.

dynamic kickoffs - will they last? (The Athletic)
dave mcbride replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes, all true, but the kicker for me is that on a percentage basis, the new kickoffs have five times the rate of concussions as regular scrimmage plays. Players aren't sprinting 40 yards down the field anymore, but they're sprinting 7-12 yards before contact and can build up a full head of steam in that window. -

Those are what Allen is throwing but those are not the only options built into the passing game. Allen is playing very tentative at times, making bad decisions, and has not been consistent in his accuracy. This was very evident in the Miami game. There were numerous examples of WRs being open that Allen either did not see or chose not to throw. I am not suggesting the Bills WR core is going to be confused with the league’s best, but in my view, so far this year, Allen bears a big responsibility for the struggle of the passing game. I would rank the culprits in order of negative impact so far to be Allen, then the WRs, then Brady. -
A perfect reply to show why I stopped our conversation. In my post I explained that there was no reason for me, or anyone to reply to your insistent "why were they there ?" You come back with a childish "you can't even answer the question" Of course I could. You then refer to me as a 'coward' because I won't play patty-cakes with you. Lets just go back to where we were. I will post articles and opinion pieces filled with facts and links. and you will bury your head in the sand and regurgitate the same posts over and over. Added: Learn how to use capital letters, you are an adult. .

Josh doesn't seem to be playing with the emotion he's had in season's past...at least that's the vibes he's been giving off at times on the sideline and at pressers. A fired-up Josh is a Josh who's dialed in, knows he's the best player on the football field and can put it wherever he wants with confidence. It seems like we've gotten the not-so-sure version of Josh in several games this season for some reason. I actually think a constructive ass-chewing could be beneficial to him. Bring back some of that fire I haven't seen much of this year.

dynamic kickoffs - will they last? (The Athletic)
The Frankish Reich replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall
I haven't read the article yet, but I would assume the starting point is this: a large, large percentage of pre-dynamic kickoffs were touchbacks into/through the end zone with almost zero concussions. The league got what it wanted - more returns. But with more returns come more collisions. Probably fewer grisly knockout type concussions, but more than with a kick through the end zone. After watching this for a while now, I think I'd like to just have the receiving team have the option of getting the ball at the 35 or having the kicking team kickoff with the new rules. Unless a team is trailing late it's likely to just take the 35, meaning zero injuries. But if you are trailing late, you get the option of trying for the big return. -

Shavers? Cmon. The only person who should be worried about him making the PS is his landlord. I have a hard time caring about ST's when weve continued to invest more heavily in them than the components of a real offense. I know they matter but: 1. Defense 2. ST's 3. 4. 5. Offense Its a priority list that I cant bring myself to even care about right now.
