  1. Past hour
  2. If we just sneak into the playoffs, not make it to the superbowl, and save mcbeane's job in the process, is that something to be thankful for? Is it better to go 4-4 the rest of the season and get a new coach and gm next year?
  3. It doesn't seem to be working. We need to get Eli on this.
  4. Let's make sure to post this stupid fluff video every day for the next fourty years guys.
  5. I knew this was what it was going to be and yet here I am telling yall I knew what this was going to be.
  6. I know change probably isn't happening as Terry likes both McDermott and Beane. If Kim were healthy then I think there would have been a chance for change but unfortunately, she isn't healthy. After 9 years it's time for a change (IMHO). Maybe the players are starting to tune McDermott out. Last week's no-show at Miami wasn't a good look.
  7. Diggs must love sticking it to the Bills after Allen showed the world last year he didn't need him by winning MVP.
  8. Ugh Change the Title #WorstClickBaitEver
  9. Agree. Nothing has been set in stone for either the Bills or Patriots in November. In addition to the Bills history, where they have been in worse situations then they are now, Tampa won a SB in 2020 after starting 7 - 6. They were a wild card that had to play all 3 playoff games on the road. Cincinnati went to a SB in 2021 having to win 2 playoff games on the road. Last season the Lions roared to the #1 seed only to lose in round 1. The Ravens have specialized in gaining the #1 seed and not making it to the SB.
  10. Don’t hurt yourself over dumb fans! And remember that Pats fan is probably to young to remember the Patsies (god I hated that nickname) of the lat 80’s and early 90’s and didn’t live through the fear the team when sold may move to a different city.. sold fans do why we just enjoy the ride and well for me Bills fans always been good to me since I started being a fan in the 80’s..
  11. don't let facts get in the way of a perfectly good rant
  12. The Bills have the feel of a team that missed its moment, an old veteran bear still capable of mauling anyone but tired, deeply tired. New England is like the big youngster new on the scene ready to take over the territory. The Bills need a fresh start. Not a rebuild, at all, but fresh leadership. McDermott and his coordinators have been figured out (and never were elite), and Beane is just spinning his wheels at this point, reactive instead of proactive, always one step behind his peers, with a stale vision for the team. I don't see it happening, though. As others have said, an owner that would tolerate a perpetual loser in the Sabres is never going to fire a coach and GM with the record of McDermott and Beane. Meanwhile, we will continuing telling each other, "All we need is a wide receiver. And a pass rush. And a linebacker. THEN we'll go all the way!" It's better than the wasteland years, but it's still a pretty depressing scenario. Groundhog day with Sean and Brandon.
  13. Ariel, listen to me The human world, it's a mess Life under the sea Is better than anything they got up there
  14. not to mention the pats will be coming off their bye when we play them.
  15. Be sensible, as change won't happen unless there is a great deal of losing involved. I doubt any changes will be made even if this years team doesn't make the playoffs. Clearly this owner is not as frustrated as some of the fans here. My take is most want a SB so badly they aren't thinking straight. The Baltimore Ravens have a two time MVP and haven't gotten to a SB yet and with a SB winning coach so he knows how to do get them there. The freaking Chiefs have been blocking all the AFC teams save that one year that the Bengals got in. And what happened to them since?
  16. I agree. Why isn't this an off season thing??
  17. The Brady-led Pats teams were so easy to hate. I hate the Pats, but I actually enjoyed watching the brand of football that they played last night. Maye, at this point, is a very likeable guy with a good attitude. Diggs, who I really liked on the Bills but now dislike vehemently, was exceptional at finding holes in the defence as he has eternally been. The defence was opportunistic and stout. Dammit!! I hate myself for everything that I just wrote!!
  18. And don't forget that Hollins was a very good special teams player.
  19. Remember those passes to Shakir where he was in open field that he turned into massive gains/TD's? He's also been neutered by Joe Brady and his weak passing offense
  20. I couldn’t agree more. So many in this Board are quick to use the excuse that we’re picking later in each round. And yet somehow Beane is able to find players that nobody’s ever heard of in each and every one of them. It’s almost as if the Bills are purposefully trying to build a roster made up entirely of no-name guys who won’t stand out too much, rock the boat, or make any sort of splash. And I’d put it to you that Josh Allen is also just that sort of guy. But in his case he’s just a freakish athletic talent.
  21. Not that Shavers is all that as a receiver, but he would stick as he's a good blocker and special team demon. If anybody would ride the pine it would be Keon. He is next to useless and gets the lion's share of the snaps.
  22. I hate that their time in the wilderness has been so short. Of all the fanbases in the country, New England (or at least Massachusetts) most deserves decades of misery. Quite apart from the obnoxiousness that seems baked in, it's just not right that the Celtics, Bruins, and Red Sox are perpetually good.
  23. I really dislike the person, but as a player I can recognize he's really talented. His play this year is even more impressive when you consider his age and the major injury he's coming off of. I do, however, hope he steps on a whole bag of Legos today.
