when 80% of the homes appreciate I can safely say generally. Also the coastal areas always do this, especially the condos, they swing in value based on a few factors.l, hurricanes and insurance being the biggest ones. I still think you are missing the biggest factor is the 50 year mortgage which is the interest rate. If the 15 year and 30 year mortgage are the same I would take the 30 year simply for the flexibility, so let's wait to see what the rates are before flipping out. I paid off the first half of my mortgage on the first 5 years and then started paying the minimum again because it allowed me more money to spend on my family

Yeah, but have they: 1. Graduated from the University of Phoenix ONLINE! 2. Run a local hockey rink? -
Were We Running Into a Stacked Box?

I’d like to edit my previous post and pass blame to Brady and the scheme of this play given the situation and not put it on Torrence. Having watched the endzone angle, I was forgetting he is likely coached up NOT to work up to the double team because of the baked in pass option in the bubble. You can see how aggressively he works laterally, and never makes an effort to work to the second level. That said, the dolphins made a good play on this. Maybe you want a better block from Spencer Brown on rookie first rounder Kenneth Grant but ultimately it seems like they were predetermined to run the ball here and the scheme of the play left an inside backer unblocked on 3rd and 1. -
Yes, I would like to get to know you, if I could Like to get to know you Finally I found, searching all around Just was not the answer One I thought was true Looked a bit like you Figured I might chance her Hardly need to say She went on her way Said it was all over Well it's been some time And I guess that I'm just meant to be a rover

Mecole Hardman, Come on Down! (Signed to Practice Squad)

please and thank you. That's all we need him for currently Well I wanted Olave, but Shaheed made more sense at this point. Most of us agree with you and bolded Even better if he can catch a few of those 😋 - Yesterday

It is possible that they don't activate him this week and temporarily we sign someone else from the PS. But whether it was Hairston, Hoecht, or Ogunjobi - we've saved open roster spots for guys that are obviously coming back and given them the spots immediately. If they feel he's ready to practice, i'd assume they feel ready to put them on the roster. But you're right, it's not a guarantee.

Were We Running Into a Stacked Box?

Considering the bills face eight man box is only 5% of the time it is not typical Just because the dolphins were successful doesn't mean 31 other teams can do the same thing with their personnel versus the bills The parity in the NFL is real... And now the bills can have things on tape to practice to counter that defense -
I guess what I mean is - they did consistently do it, and it worked. All these teams will be doing it now too. with Brady, you only need to defend the center 35-40 yards of the field and only 10-15 yards off the LOS. We rarely if ever try anything outside of that.

As was discussed on the Locked On "Bills Squad Show" podcast, the Alphas on the team need to start speaking up, calling guys out, and showing the way if we're going to make the playoffs. Who are those guys going to be? -
And when he hits the salts right before getting the ball, watch out!

i just think there is this huge overinflation of some of these guys leading up to the trade deadline. Some people were viewing Shaheed like he was the next Jerry rice! We just need a fast guy that can open things up. There are a lot of guys like that. -

Because you can't do that consistently against Josh Allen Our wide receivers who are still NFL players will make some plays to not let you do that more often than that There's a reason why nobody puts eight plus in the box consistently versus the bills.. it's because Josh will abuse it typically The entire offense was disjointed for most of the game -

im not optimistic about this signing at all but maybe he can be good on scramble drills? It seems to me that this is what the offense doesn’t have this year that it had last year… someone Josh finds when he escapes the pocket and throws some miracle ball. -
On the tv broadcast I saw the dolphins with 10 guys within 5 yards of the LOS, multiple times. It was nuts. And yet with our complete lack of WR talent, we couldn’t do anything about it. THATS how you beat the bills. The jets had success with it too early in actually. Brady seems too stubborn to adjust
