Josh already has the record of total TDs before the age of thirty by 29 TDs...and he still has the rest of the season (5 more games) to add to that total (as he does not turn 30 until May). He has averaged 2.37 TDs/game in his career, so, 11 or 12 more TDs likely, to make his lead over Mahomes (2nd place) about 40 TDs. Mahomes, Goff, and Stafford are already over 30 years old, so their counts are done. Lamar is the only other active guy on the list still under 30. He will still be under 30 years old all of next season. Yet, he is 77 TDs behind Josh, and his average TD total per season is ~27 TDs. Last year was his best year ever, with 45 TDs. But, even if he repeated his best year next year, he would still be about 32 TDs behind Josh. He might catch Mahomes, but not Josh. Now to be fair, Josh had 8 more starts than Mahomes over that span---before 30 yo---(and by the end of the season, Josh will have had 13 more starts than Pat over that span). But, Pat has averaged ~2.3 TDs per game across his career. So, even with eight more games, his total would be 281 total TDs over the same 122 starts as Josh. Even then, he would still be 11 TDs behind Josh. I looked up the older guys too (shorter seasons and all), but Marino only had 3 fewer starts than Josh before 30 years old, Manning had 6 more starts than Josh prior to turning 30, and Favre had 13 fewer starts than Josh. None of which would affect things much (Favre is 69 TDs below Josh, 13 more starts would only get him about 21 more TDs at his career average). (Just FYI, to round out the list, Goff had 1 fewer starts than Josh before 30, Stafford had more starts than Josh before 30.) Josh has 122 starts in his career. So even if you said who has the most TDs in their first 122 starts (rather than younger than 30 years old---to make things fair with number of starts), Josh would still easily be in first (Mahomes would just be a little bit closer in 2nd). It really is kind of crazy that he's our QB... Josh is currently 43rd all-time in the NFL in passing TDs. With just 3 more seasons at his current average, he would move up to 17th place all-time, just ahead of John Elway. It would take him 7 more seasons at his current average to break into the top 10 (taking into account that Mahomes and possibly Goff/Prescott could stay ahead of him as they are now---kind of crazy to think that Goff is probably going to finish in the top 10 all-time in passing TDs). Josh is already currently 25th place in rushing TDs amongst all players in NFL history. At his average, he will likely have 3 more rushing TDs this season. That would move him up to 23rd place, passing Tony Dorsett and Ricky Watters. If Josh maintains his average of 9.875 rushing TDs per season for just 3 more years, he would move into 7th place all-time in rushing TDs between Walter Payton and Jim Brown. I mean, what? We very well may have the first player in NFL history who will retire in the top 10 all-time in both passing TDs and rushing TDs.

Hopefully we get Dawkins back this week, if we do then the Bills should come in this game passing and taking strikes down the field. The are going to prepare all week to load up the box to stop the run so we need to establish the pass early

No thanks. 35 years old. He's cooked.
-
Last year in 10 games he had 48 catches for 615 yards and 5 TDs. That was skewed a bit by the 5 catch, 110 yard, 2 TD performance in week 17.

Nah, he'd have to average more than he's doing now, and he's doing great. They'll rest him when they can. Can't see it. Great season, though.

Milano Turning the Corner?
Sierra Foothills replied to MarlinTheMagician's topic in The Stadium Wall
The story was never about Milano's play like it was never about Tre White's play. Milano and White, along with Cole Bishop and others were made to look bad by players like Terrell Bernard and Taylor Rapp. Now that those two huge liabilities are off the field, the defense has improved. The actual story is how much better the Bills defense is when Shaq Thompson starts... like in the week 8 win over Carolina (40-7) or the win against Pittsburgh. For football aficionados there are few things as satisfying as watching good linebacker play. I'm mystified that McDermott and his underlings have the audacity to start Bernard when he's healthy. It's the most obvious case of favoritism on the Bills. It's alright for nickel backs to duck under blocks and finesse their way towards ball carriers. It's an outright embarassment when the player doing that is a linebacker. I get it... McDermott loves the guy... so give him the unsung hero award for keeping morale high among the backups... but keep him on the bench and don't embarrass the organization by making him your defensive captain. -
This went viral on twitter/reddit at the beginning of the season so a bunch of fans checked hot dog prices at their stadiums it was pretty hilarious haha it’s pretty much nonsense…some teams like Buffalo they picked the most expensive footlong specialty hot dog possible while others they just listed the standard price and some are just completely made up. bills are about average…standard hot dog is $7. Some other notables are LV having $2.99 hot dogs and Seahawks are very expensive but discount them some places in the stadium…the author of this clickbait that seems to have been viewed by everyone on earth conveniently left Seattle off 😂

A Few Thoughts about the Steelers Game - Community Edition
UConn James replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
It was a Ty Johnson run with a facemask call against Pitt. The sky ref did a quick review and called down just at a comedically-timed moment. They can advise on the negative of a call made on the field but they can't call something that that wasn't called on the field. -
I love Jimbo and think it would be awesome if got to 2,000 yards, but after last night, keep sharing the rock with Ray Ray. He looked like his old self last night. It was all a beautiful thing to watch.

Can James Cook run for 2000 yards?
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to Buffalo03's topic in The Stadium Wall
His snap count really isn’t crazy high tbh I think he’s topped 70% of the snaps like three times and even then it isn’t by much. He’s not far off jahmyr Gibbs usage wise Johnathan Taylor has never had below 70% and is pretty frequently in the 90s. -
Wow... so cool.

Same Play 29x's & Jackson Hawes
Generic_Bills_Fan replied to BillsShredder83's topic in The Stadium Wall
Jackson Hawes is probably offensive rookie of the year right now if the voters weren’t cowards 😂 -
The game against Cincinnati could end up being a shootout. I could see Josh ending up with four or more TDs in that game. After that game New England and Philadelphia both have real good defenses. Cleveland gives up more points than Buffalo, but they have the best pass rusher in the league in Myles Garrett. The Jets aren't doing a lot defensively this year. Josh might end up with 3 or 4 TDs in that game. I would think Josh could score enough in that middle group of three games to put him over 40 for the season.

Any idea when we will know when the Jets game will be played?
QB Bills replied to Guffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's likely to be the last ever game at the stadium and not sure how much weight that will hold with the schedule makers. Probably not much so I'd assume it's at 1pm.
