  1. Past hour
  2. Very similar situation to “look at me, anonymous internet people. I’m a winner!”
  3. Pitt O looks beyond bad they look like NE O 2023 bad.. Ravens win easily Indy @ Jax that could go either way division games are always hard but I’m going Indy here Come on Denver wins in a cake walk.. Vegas is bad bad Miami v jets who cares! But I’ll say Jets just because Tua due for a 4 pick game again Houston v KC I am sadly going Houston that D scares me more than any team in the AFC I rather see the chiefs win but Mahomes gonna be running for his life..
  4. The best thing the Patriots did (and this goes for Maye too) is hire Vrabel. The guy is a great coach and his players play HARD for him. They were ready to run through a wall last night. And Jackson dart felt it.
  5. Maye is legit, you could see it coming last season. But I don’t think they are as good as their record shows this season. Hopefully the Patriots rising will wake Beane up and realize we can’t coast to a division championship every year. Maybe this will make us better in the long run.
  6. Isn't this just following the exact same script as the Titans with Vrabel in the Tannehill era? Regular season darlings, winning games with above average QB play (nothing gaudy numbers wise but solid regardless) and a stout defense, squeaking out some wins they probably didn't have any business getting. Then they get bounced early in the playoffs. Vrabel's done that like 3-4 times already. I need to see more before I believe it's legitimate like the record says it is. Maye is probably a top 12 QB though. Probably somewhere near Herbert. Anyone who puts him above Allen, Mahomes, or Jackson is crazy though.
  7. Imagine how good the run game would be if they DIDN'T run the same play over and over again and actually had a plan to set up play action, misdirection, and running different things post snap to confuse the defense. I do not like what I hear about the scheme and Brady's play calling.
  8. Why in the hell do we want Texans to win? We want to face the number one defense in the playoffs after seeing Josh Allen getting sacked 8 times? Give us the Chiefs. KC Chiefs elimination should be coming from us if we face each other in the playoffs.
  9. Do you get sad that nobody responds to your bat ***** crazy posts? I get a good laugh at you talking to yourself.
  10. Higgins and Hendrickson both out this week. This is not some unstoppable juggernaut coming into Highmark…
  11. Everyone's watching, to see what you will do Everyone's looking at you, oh Everyone's wondering, will you come out tonight Everyone's trying to get it right, get it right Everybody's working for the weekend Everybody wants a new romance Everybody's goin' off the deep end Everybody needs a second chance, oh You want a piece of my heart You better start from the start You wanna be in the show Come on baby let's go
  12. https://hsph.harvard.edu/news/opioids-doctors-prescriptions-payments/ all too familiar a problem.
  13. Cook is obviously having another incredible season (and I think PFF's grades align with that too if I remember right), but some of the holes Cook was hitting this week were so big even you and I would have gained yards lol. Mentioned it earlier in the thread, but PFF probably punished him pretty hard for forcing his own fumble and aside from having insane volume, his numbers were pretty pedestrian; I wouldn't be surprised if things like his rushing yards over expected was pretty low, and PFF is really looking for the ability to create yards that aren't blocked for you by making difficult reads or forcing missed tackles and I know he didn't really do the latter this week.
  14. He has done it against good Defenses. Cleveland he sliced and diced and got hammered by Garrett for 5 sacks in that game.. The Bills do have a good D and he played well against the. The first time.. Tampa D isn’t bad and he lit them up.. Again this year the AFC is just weird with most teams struggling or just outright bad.
  15. Tua is abysmal playing in the cold.
  16. The one thing I am not looking forward to this Sunday night is listening to Collingsworth drool over Mahomes for the entire game like he always does.
  17. Agree, except I would add the Ravens in Baltimore would be a bad matchup for us, that would scare the Hell out of me!
  18. Not as weak, demented or incompetent as the last guy. So it's an improvement right?
  19. You better post the way I want you to post...or...or..I live rent free in your heads! - teef Keep raging about the super low priority cesspool teef. It will definitely work to help bring about the place you desire. 😂
  20. Verdict: Insensitive in a minor way Sentence: Smoke one pack of cigarettes in the month of December so your life is just a teeny bit shortened. Also as community service you must “like” every post in this thread from the high horse crowd.
  21. Trump tends to pick on high-profile enemies. Like threatening a military tribunal for a former president. So perhaps the criticism of him as a wannabe strongman is fair, but should be qualified with the point that he's not capable of being a strongman because he's weak, demented, and otherwise incompetent.
  22. Just keep winning and the playoff seeding will take care of itself.
  23. Picking up kids at airport 9:30 am.. head straight to stadium. Should we park along Big Tree Rd up towards the Big Tree Inn or along Abbott north of Southwestern Blvd? Was thinking Big Tree to allow for a visit to Hammer Lot (which I assume is full by then(?). Any thoughts, particularly of where the lots start to be full along Big Tree and Abbott around 10:30? Much appreciated. Haven't parked in non-stadium lots in many years. Want to show the kids a taste of the pre-game madness I grew up with
  24. Maybe yes in a vacuum but we all know how this works - if the Chiefs win on Sunday night, it will give them the confidence boost they need to go on a serious run. Whereas if they lose, again, players inevitably start making business decisions and their season starts to seriously circle the drain. I'd much rather see that happen then watch the Chiefs take hold of the national narrative again.
