Head-to-head should matter - if it's important that Bama beat UGA in Athens, it's just as important that Miami beat ND. IMO, ND is the odd man out. If Bama and BYU are both left out, one could make the argument that conference championships games are of no importance. And maybe they aren't given that 5-loss Duke won the ACC and won't make the dance. Toss in the fact that the players are right in the middle of academic finals as well and have to prep for a conference champ game.

I fear gesicki and brown today. We know what chase is going to do but it’s the other guys I think can win the game for Kentucky’s team. I would probably just not sign him until post 2026 anyway. I don’t see us trading him at that point, and I don’t want to be on the hook for 2027 injury guarantees. Pass on the option, if he explodes in 2026, pay him. If he continues to be an injury prone old TE, he can walk.
