  1. Past hour
  2. Ok. Fine. Man up please we need you.
  3. Literally just watched it 😆
  4. No worries Bud. Not at all. BTW- that’s Ray Davis, not Gabe. I thought that was obvious given his success in these new kickoff rules. Gabe is not a ST guy. I hope I didn’t confuse anyone. I thought it was obvious given their histories recently.
  5. Now that's a team on the come-up Brings back some amazing memories from our 2019-2020 years
  6. Good for him ,, very nice gesture.
  7. Curtis Samuel has to be considered one of the worst FA busts signed by the Bills
  8. Pretty impressive win today going into Philly and kicking their asses. Imagine taking Williams out of that offense and plugging in Allen? His players would run through a wall for him
  9. I think health of the room has played into this a ton, and does not absolve Brady of any blame. For example the addition of Brandin Cooks can be viewed as admission they need help or as an answer to Curtis Samuel to IR.
  10. While I kind of agree, interpretations drawn from “watching the game” are subject to interpretation and bias— we see what we want to see, good or bad. Data *should be* objective and show trends of areas of the team that are most detrimental. There ARE too many stats to try to make heads and tails of. Good statisticians can identify the “vital few” that are predictive of success — turnover ratio for example.
  11. There were TONS of people here singing the praises of Bobby Slowik in Houston too. He went from star to fired in less than 2 years. The Bills were never going to replace McDermott when he's averaging 12 wins per season over the last 6 years. However sitting at 7-4, for the first time since he was hired there is a possibility (I would say slim) that he could be fired. As such Pegula should be thinking about Head Coaching candidates. If Pegula were to fire McDermott, I suppose he could hire a first timer because McDermott was one but I don't think you want to hire a first time Head Coach when Josh Allen is your quarterback... it seems a too risky. Most first time Head Coaches fail. I would want us to hire a more known quantity. I think the ideal candidate is a former Head Coach who's a respected offensive mind who maybe got a raw deal elsewhere and deserves another chance. Also as others have been saying, the ideal candidate should be an offensive guru a la Andy Reid, Kyle Shanahan, Paul Holmgren, Mike Shanahan, Gary Kubiak, Bruce Arians, etc so that you don't have to worry if you lose your OC. So if guys like Kevin Stefanski, Kevin O'Connell, Matt LaFleur, etc were fired after this season, they would be at the top of my list.
  12. easier than it looks
  13. I pretty much mock our drafts year round..if ya know what i mean!
  14. Two bye weeks where the whole league shuts down. Increase the active rosters. Ensure the playing surfaces are safe. Not all are.
  15. https://www.si.com/betting/nfl-mvp-odds-patrick-mahomes-lamar-jackson-tanking-dak-prescott-rises-mvp-market current odds - JA17 is 4th. Stafford leading the way imo deservedly so
  16. They need to do away with these constant overseas games. Do 1-2 a year. I don’t mean to sound cruel, but this is American Football I’ll settle for 3 if they make the 2 LA teams and the Jaguars be the hosts every year. The teams with the weakest fan bases. Maybe add Arizona to the list
  17. Heading there in February. But left my zip off lands back in 1998
  18. No way this is legal. Not surprised that I’m not surprised.
  19. Given they currently have an open roster spot, it seems like they’ll likely activate Grable. We’ll see who they go with at right tackle
  20. Remember that "damning" article exposing Williams?
  21. You know you're right to a point, as in 2022 the Buffalo Bills had #2 overall offense with Diggs the leading receiver with 1429 yards, 11 TDs. Then in 2023, after 12 games, the Bills were 6-6 with Josh throwing a ton of INTs. After the bye, McDermott made the change from Dorsey to Brady. Buffalo had losses to the Patriots with Mac Jones at QB, the NY Jets, the Jags, the Bengals, and the Broncos. Meanwhile, Ken Dorsey was fired by the Buffalo Bills in 2023 due to the team's struggles with offensive consistency, highlighted by a six-game stretch where they failed to score more than 25 points and had a high number of turnovers. The decision was made after a loss to the Denver Broncos, which dropped the Bills to a 5-5 record and out of the playoff picture. Meanwhile, Miami was 9-3 at that time. Only Joe Brady knows what's going on with his offensive scheme. But I can tell you that the eight sacks and lack of protection for the QB while calling mid to deep pass plays in that Houston game was a fireable offense in my view. More so than anything Dorsey did with his offense, again in my view. I have no idea what McDermott has up his sleeve or why he is keeping Dorsey as OC. It's been 12 games, and Buffalo is 7-4 and still in the hunt at this point is the only reason I can think of. So what happens if Brady tanks against the Steelers?
  22. This UB team has been a huge disappointment this season. They were lucky to win a couple of early season games with their opponents (especially U of Mass) literally fumbling away the game. QB was a huge issue and apparently there was no adequate replacement. It's sad that one of the largest schools in the MAC can't challenge for the Championship each and every year. And, the stadium is very fan unfriendly!!!
