I do think Tomlin and the Steelers part ways, and I don't see McDermott getting fired so he won't be the Bills next HC. But Tomlin will be unemployed for about 5 seconds before landing another HC job unless he wants to take a year off.

So you want another guy that should have been fired years back. As read in a number of places, the game may have passed Tomlin by. Even when he had Big Ben, he only won SB one time. Excluding Allen's rookie year, McD has never had a losing season either when he had a legit QB so why would Tomlin be an upgrade? I'd keep McD forever if my only other choice was Tomlin!
