I just find it so interesting that in all the fixes I see from different people .......No one has Coleman playing as much, or in some cases, not at all! I can't argue in favor of Keon, but I do believe until proven otherwise that this organization will continue to play him- a lot. When Gabe comes back it will be in the Shavers role.

almost certainly but i wouldn't expect the run/pass ratio to be meaningfully adjusted in fact if cook is feeling better we should probably run it more -

Honestly I think it's Codrington who gets cut. 100% agree. -
I should put some cash on this at DK or FD lol. Definitely will hit 🎯

That pretty blonde shrink they have on the sidelines ain’t doing her job. I blame her. Beeotch.

Davis is an instant upgrade to Coleman on the outside, but people seem to forget just how often he was out of sync with Allen he was on many important pass plays- he was the target on some disastrous interceptions and dropped pass. There's no "star power" there but you have to feel like there's an adequate passing attack waiting to be schemed out of that bunch. Whether current staff can figure it out is another story. -
This is exactly what I have been saying. They have been used to doing this at times and still winning a lot games over the past 5+ years, so they got in the habit of doing this too often before. Now it's hard to break that habit when they can't get away with it anymore.

Gabe in an "everybody eats" scenario as opposed to Gabe in an "we expect you to be a focal point despite your limitations" scenario, which IMO was part of the problem when he and Diggs were together, could be tremendously helpful to this group/philosophy if he is healthy. -
Very interesting spin on a complete loss for the right wing

I agree on being overpaid. It will depend on how he is used and targeted. -
Soooo, you look like a complete tool from a Pre Season interview about WRs? So what! But, this is no longer Pre Season It’s MID NOVEMBER! And if you haven’t before the trade deadline, reevaluated your previous position and understand there are obvious multiple deficiencies in the “Nobody separates- Nobody eats” group of 3rd stringers, then you no longer deserve to be a highly paid GM. And if the ‘ 2027 First Rounder, but not 2026 First Rounder’ take is true, then you should have been frog marched out of the building! YOU believe that YOU are going to find a Top 10 WR for the say #27 pick, instead of grabbing one in a trade, is beyond… beyond inexcusable! ONLY a complete buffoon believes that.

Bills 1st drive Sunday. Run up the middle with cook for no gain. Bubble screen to Shakir on 2nd down for 1 yard gain. 15 yard back shoulder sideline throw to a flailing Keon on 3rd down, followed by a punt.

can't forget Steichen, he's got some pedigree

Cuz something seems different about Josh and one of those differences is he's married so people correlate one to the other. Truth be told it could be any combination of things. Nobody but Josh truly knows.

Grown men(ahem) are following his wife’s on line bemoanings and correlating it to his on field performance.

1. One score games. ( within 8 pts or less) they have ranged from 2-8 for teams 8– broncos 7- Pats, Jets, Jags, eagles, cardinals 3–. Bills, ravens, titans, saints 2– commanders, lions Broncos and pats have only 2 losses in these games, eagles have 1 loss. Panthers, Chargers and Steelers are 4-1 in 1 score games. jetscand cards are on the opposite side of being 2-5 inn1 score games. The cards in particular how blown I think 4 multi-score leads in 4 of those loses. last year the Chiefs we’re 11-0 in one score games. That is a big luck factor. 2. oddities in the schedule the ravens were given a difficult schedule to start the season. As a 1st place division winner you play the 1st place teams from the 2 divisions you play and you have 3 positional 1st place opponents. With the final week being division games, that leaves 5 games out of 16 being against these teams so over 6 games the expectation is 2 games sgsibstvyhese 5 teams. The ravens played all 5 in their first 6 games going 2+5 with a win vs Cleveland. Indianapolis only say Tennessee twice and has yet to play Jax and hou in schedule. Their record coukd be a bit inflated. last year the Steelers in their closing schedule was all of their 6 divisional games, and chiefs and eagles ( both SB teams last yr) 3. Turnovers matter where they are…. in 2 of the Bills losses no matter how bad they played, turnovers cost them. against these teams Pats they had a turnover inside their 29 giving thrn a FG and they had a re zone turnover. Their record coukd game could have bern very different when bills had ball mid 4th down 20-27 when it coukd have bern tied it bills leading at thst point. against the fins they had 2 positive yard markervtutoverscandca 4 th doen stop before they scored that early 4 th Q TD. They easily could have bern down 16-13 after that 4th Q TD or lead as much as 24-16. It coukd have been a very different game. In the late 4th the were playing press stop run D which could be broken for long TD runs which is what occurred. Had it been a 1 score or lead those would not have happened. The ending would have bern different. 4. Early playoffs forecadt NFC—- Eagles likely east div winner , Tampa has the south edge but they face Carolina twice after thxgvg so there could be interesting if panthers win first meeting. The other 2 divisions are wide open. AFC— I think WC goes to 3 of the 4 division 2nd place teams. 3 rd place teams are not going. In the west chargers are 3-0 against div foes so they have edge on division, while Indy has to play both Texans and jags twice which will go far in deciding the placement of teams.

When I read all these comments from people blaming marriage and Hailee for Josh’s struggles, all I can think is “How f’ed up is your own marriage if this is the conclusion you come to using faulty logic?” Why does the root problem have to start in the guy’s home life? Maybe our team just sucks. If I were him, I’d be tired of crappy play design and mediocre talent around me, too.

As an aside did Kubiak comment on the wisdom of the Bills running a pass play on 4th & 1 after they had shown Miami that they were going to pass on 4th & 1 on the previous play?
-
Ehhhhhh I think it's far more likely and realistic that Beane refused to give the 2026 1st and was only offering the 2027 1st and they said no thanks.

We got 2019 Josh Allen again
-
It's championship style football. We tried 7 years of letting Josh be superman and it was never good enough when the games mattered. Championship teams, and more importantly Dynasties, control the clock from the get-go. Josh is going throw growing pains in this style, which is the same way he was struggling when Dorsey was doing the same thing. He's going to need to figure out how to get past it. The way to win with a guy like Josh is for him to make a handful of big plays in the biggest spots, not on every drive. When the Patriots and Brady were at their best, they were downright boring to watch. When they aired it out all over the place, they usually came up short int he big moments. Do we have the right play caller/play designer for an offense like that? Probably not. That's the problem, not the strategy.
