‘The Bills receive a one-week roster exemption for Miller, but will need to activate him by Saturday at 4 p.m. ET in order for him to be eligible to play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. Once that happens, he will no longer have the exemption and will count against the team’s 53-man active roster.’

‘The Buffalo Bills advanced their win streak as they defeated the Seahawks. Buffalo’s slow starts have been the narrative of the season so far and they were able to change that today.’

‘”I mean, we knew this was going to be a tough, tough game, and it was. We knew we were going to have to play well in all three phases, and I think we did, at least at this point enough to get the result that we were looking for.” McDermott said.’

‘The Seattle Seahawks offense led by quarterback Geno Smith did not have any answers to the Bills defense, as it took until the beginning of the second quarter to record a single first down. Later in the second, Seahawks kicker Jason Myers drilled a 38-yard field goal to cut the lead to within 4.’

‘Even though the Bills had won their last two games over the New York Jets and Tennessee Titans, the offense and defense took turns having shaky halves. That was not the story in this one as the Bills improved to 22-6 against the NFC in games started by Josh Allen.’

‘Brady put together an excellent game plan, attacking the Seahawks right away and changing up their run-on-first-down tendency. Three of the Bills’ first six first down plays were passes, including one on first-and-goal from the Seattle five yard line. At the end of the game the Bills had 34 rushing and 34 passing attempts. They kept the Seahawks off balance all game.’

‘The Seahawks offensive line has struggled this season. That hasn’t stopped them from being the most pass-heavy team in the NFL, throwing the most times (280) and running the second-fewest amount of times (151) in the league. They are starting Mike Jerrell from Division-II Findlay College at right tackle, which will be only his second career start (he started last week).’

‘Davis was the Bills primary X-receiver for multiple seasons. The X-receiver is the one who is lined up right on the line of scrimmage, which can be more difficult to play than the Z-receiver that gets an extra yard between himself and the defender to get off press coverage.’

‘Bernard was officially declared out by head coach Sean McDermott on Friday with an ankle injury suffered in last Sunday’s 34-10 win over the Tennessee Titans at Highmark Stadium.’

‘For a second-straight day, linebacker Terrel Bernard was excused from practice for personal reasons, but was still listed with an ankle and pectoral issue.’

‘In the seventh game of his young NFL career, Coleman caught four passes for 125 yards, averaging a whopping 31.3 yards per-reception to help the Bills earn a 34-10 win at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.’

‘Bernard did not practice on Wednesday, but head coach McDermott noted that was due to an excused absence for personal reasons, which was also reflected on the team’s official injury report for the day.’

‘Both linebacker Terrel Bernard and wide receiver Curtis Samuel were declared out during the game due to injuries, while linebacker Dorian Williams left the game, was probable to return, but did not. Bernard left in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury, while Samuel injured his shoulder on the second series of the game, and Williams suffered a knee injury.’
