‘When you consider how many detractors Josh Allen had when he was taken No. 7 overall by the Bills in the 2018 NFL Draft, Daboll deserves tremendous credit for helping develop Allen into being one of the sport’s most complete quarterbacks. Most teams looking for head coaches tend to either have a young quarterback or a draft pick they plan to use on a quarterback, so Daboll projects to be one of the most appealing coaching candidates this offseason. The 45-year-old has worked under Sean McDermott since the 2018 season, and also has experience on the staffs of Bill Belichick and Nick Saban.’

Of course, the drawing makes an appropriate mention of “Diggs” – Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who had 11 catches for 147 yards on Saturday.’

‘Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs and the Buffalo offense put up a season-high 48 points (with some help from the defense and Jerry Hughes), the most the Bills have scored in a game since 2010, and the defense shut down a young, promising Denver offense that has picked up some steam as the season has gone on.’

‘What a great way to wrap up the first non New England east division championship since 2008, with a stress free game. Josh Allen and the Bills passing offense were just too much for a depleted Denver secondary to handle. Allen, who is playing at an MVP level, put on another show with wide receivers Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley, both of whom topped 100 yards receiving.’

‘The game was back-and-forth in the first half, despite the Bills being noticeably the better team. A muffed punt by Andre Roberts in the first half gave Denver a chance to get back in the game and hang with the Bills the whole way. But, Buffalo did a good job bouncing back from maybe the only negative play in the entire afternoon, and completely put Denver away in the second half.’
