‘If the tweet is legit and Incognito is truly moving on from Athletes First, that’s an odd way to approach that decision. The tweet itself is quite a rollercoaster as well. Incognito started off with a strong Trump-esque “you are fired!” before wishing the company well, and then closing out with a peace sign emoji. What a ride!’

‘Jones, who’s headed into his second season with the Bills, also seems to be in good shape with the team that selected him in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. At the NFL Owners meeting earlier this week, Bills general manager Brandon Beane said the team’s plan is to keep Jones.’

‘In an Instagram post, Kelly’s wife, Jill, thanked the doctors and nurses and noted that her husband is entering a “very significant time of recovery.”‘

‘Jones was arrested and transported to a nearby medical center to be evaluated and treated for injuries. After Jones was released, Los Angeles prosecutors elected to drop the felony vandalism charges against him due to “insufficient evidence” in the case.’

‘Witnesses on the scene told TMZ that Cayleb kept Zay from seriously harming himself. Cayleb seemed to acknowledge that Wednesday, when he sent out the tweet below.’

‘Police told NFL.com that Jones broke a window and a glass door at a residential building in downtown Los Angeles. As of Tuesday night, he is in custody while also getting treated for injuries, police said. Bail was set at $20,000, according to ESPN’s Mike Rodak.’

I want Sean to get to know all of them. We’re just keeping an open mind. Where we’re at, we’ve got the picks, we’ve got the draft capital. I’m not ready to pull the trigger.”‘

‘For McCarron, it’s his first chance to be a starter in the NFL. Selected in the fifth round of the 2014 draft out of Alabama, McCarron spent the first four years of his career backing up Andy Dalton. In that four-year window, he made three regular-season starts and one playoff start in place of Dalton. He played well enough in those outings that he’s often been pegged as a potential starting-caliber quarterback. Including the postseason, McCarron’s gone 109 of 174 (62.6 percent) for 1,132 yards, seven touchdowns, three picks, and an 87.6 passer rating. So, he’s still largely unproven.’

‘Lotulelei will be joined on the interior of McDermott’s 4-3 defense by the Bills’ all-time leader in sacks for a defensive tackle: Kyle Williams. Williams has played his entire 11-year career with the Bills, notching 43.5 sacks. The Bills themselves refer to him as the defense’s “heart and soul,” and they aren’t wrong.’

‘This is one of those trades where both sides are definitely going to come away happy. The Bills had been looking to unload Glenn and the Bengals were in desperate need of an upgrade at the offensive tackle position.’

‘For the Bills, that draft pick is ammunition they’ll need as they try to work their way up the draft order to select their new franchise quarterback. As it stands, they now own two first-round picks, two second-round picks, and two third-round picks. They might have a hard time drafting a top quarterback at No. 21 or No. 22, but they can use those assortment of picks to trade up and take a quarterback in a top-heavy class, which is what La Canfora expects them to do.’

‘Kelly was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in 2013, and a year later contracted MRSA his bones, shortly after having been declared cancer-free. He had a portion of his jaw removed after the initial diagnosis, but the cancer returned in 2014. He underwent chemotherapy and radiation at that time, and was again diagnosed as cancer-free in September 2014. He then had a brief scare in 2016, but a biopsy came back negative. A little more than a year and a half later, the cancer has one again returned.’
