But the Bills are following the NFL’s lead when it comes to potential discipline. And as of now, the league isn’t planning to deactivate Miller via the commissioner’s exempt list unless he faces formal criminal charges, according to CBS Sports NFL insider Jonathan Jones.’

‘The preliminary investigation determined Miller and the victim got into a verbal argument and Miller assaulted the victim. Miller left the scene before officers arrived. The victim was not transported to a hospital, but was treated for minor injuries, according to a police spokesperson.’

On that “play,” Phillips ran through Eagles offensive lineman Cam Jurgens, taking him down to the ground. Eagles center Jason Kelce called Phillips’ decision “bull****,” and said that he needs to be fined.’

‘Following that 37-34 overtime defeat, an altercation was caught on camera between a collection of Buffalo players and Eagles fans. Defensive tackle Jordan Phillips can be seen walking away from the sideline and toward the stands while he’s jawing with a particular Eagles fan. Lawson then came into that altercation from Phillips’ right and appeared to shove the fan. Bills players were quick to grab Lawson and escort him back to the sideline before the situation escalated further. Phillips also retreated toward the bench but continued to exchange verbal blows with the fan as Leonard Floyd ushered him back.’

‘The Eagles scored on five of their last six possessions, staying within 10 points because of two missed field goals when Buffalo could have put them away. Hurts woke up, but the Bills helped awaken him.’

‘Things are certainly looking bleak for quarterback Josh Allen and Co., but many members of Bills Mafia are far from giving up hope. Bills legendary quarterback Jim Kelly wrote an open letter to Allen and the entire team, urging them to continue to fight.’
