Two Bills Drive

TSN Bills Report

Article makes plenty of good points about Buffalo’s low draft positions over the years. The success is a tribute to Buffalo’s front office and coaching staff through the years.

Bills extend Williams’ contract

Bills lock up Williams with five-year extension

Thomas happy about change

Bills make effort to keep Ruben Brown

Instant replay will be a hot debate again

Irvin’s cast is off

And good comments about Sam Cowart and John Holecek …

There may be better players individually, but as a tandem, Sam Cowart and John Holecek are the best in the NFL.

The AFC-East – spotlight off now

Last year the AFC-East became known as the best division in the NFL – times have changed.

Williams signs five-year extension

Reserve nose tackle Pat Williams signed a five-year contract extension with the Bills on Wednesday. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. In February, Williams was tendered a high offer in the $1 million-range as a restricted free agent.

Linton on Ruben Brown

Jonathan Linton said he would miss Ruben Brown if he jumped to another team. But he added fans shouldn’t read into Brown’s still-unsigned status as an indication that he might re-sign with Buffalo.

Bryson OK, plus other RB, LB and TE news

Shawn Bryson should be at full strength when the Bills have their first off-season mini-camp the last weekend of April. Bryson, who tore an ACL in training camp last season, is said to be 100 percent.

Peerless is pumped

The Bills are expecting big things from Peerless Price this season. That’s OK, because Price is expecting big things from himself. In the Wild Card game against Tennessee in January, Price had a game-high five catches for 62 yards, including two clutch receptions for 23 yards on the final drive.

Bills looked at Cardinals OL James Dexter

After losing Dusty it seems the Bills are looking at other low priced veteran guards to replace him. Perhaps they are NOT as confidant as they claim in their backup players, hmmm?

Dolphins, Thomas a strange fit

NFL Insider looks at Thomas fitting in for the Fish.

Fish Wrap – Cecil Collins? Those were good old days

The latest fish wrap declares that Jimmy Johnson’s exit and the shoving out the door of Dan Marino is driving many of their fans into factions, straining even deeply held allegiance.

The good old days are described as ‘Cecil Collins diving out of somebody else’s second-floor window’ and ‘Bryan Cox giving the bird to Bills fans’.

Misery loves company and it looks like the Fish and Bills are in the same kettle of stew.
