'Rob Ryan has bounced around the league as a defensive coordinator. He has served as a defensive coordinator with the Oakland Raiders (2004-2008), Cleveland Browns (2009-2010), Dallas Cowboys (2011-2012) and New Orleans Saints (2013-2015).'

'Alexander joined the Bills in free agency and was expected to provide linebacker depth while playing on special teams. Alexander found himself in Buffalo's starting lineup after first round pick Shaq Lawson underwent shoulder surgery.'

'Childress, a co-offensive coordinator for the Chiefs under Andy Reid, was a former head coach with the Minnesota Vikings from 2006-2010. Childress had a 39-35 record with the Vikings and was replaced by current Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier.'

'The Bills could make the playoffs with Tyrod Taylor but there's only so far Taylor can take you. Hopefully the Bills know that and have that in mind as they formulate their off season game plan.'

The trouble there, however, is that he hasn't had been the full-on offensive coordinator of a team since 2012 in Cleveland.
