‘There is value in hearing directly from communities across Western New York. But public outreach should be more than a series of meetings held from one county to the next. If the goal is truly to make the CBA more transparent, accessible and responsive to community needs, then the committee and the Bills should establish a clear, competitive and publicly accessible application process for CBA resources.’
