‘The Bills’ depth chart at wide receiver looked quite a bit different Saturday than it will Sept. 13 against the Houston Texans in the regular-season opener. The team’s projected top four options at the position – DJ Moore, Khalil Shakir, Joshua Palmer and Keon Coleman – did not dress for the game. Coleman is in a walking boot for a sprained foot, while Shakir is dealing with a lower-body injury. It’s unclear if Palmer and Moore are dealing with an injury.’

‘Bills players have marveled over Leonhard’s approach to teaching. While installing what he described as a high volume of plays this offseason, Leonhard took the time to explain why each will be important and how it will be useful throughout the season. Players in the front seven are moving around to create one-on-one matchups. Different personnel packages will lead to meaningful roles for young players whose confidence is surging less than three weeks before their season begins in Houston on Sept. 13.’

‘The Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston, Texas, announced in a Facebook post just before 10 p.m. June 28 that a toddler had been found unresponsive in a pool earlier that evening. The toddler was taken to a local hospital, where the child was pronounced dead.’
