‘It’s a massive victory for Prime Video, but it’s annoying for so many people who planned to make the trek to Orchard Park. Will it quell the excitement? Of course not. But the Bills and their fans deserved “Sunday Night Football” in Week 2. Imagine a pre-game show held outside the stadium, like ESPN does with College GameDay. The team could have held events throughout the day. Fans wouldn’t have to race to Abbott Road after work or burn a vacation day. Anyone traveling from out of town must use additional vacation days. Local businesses, especially bars, would have benefitted from a weekend game.’

Bruno Fina getting a rare chance to follow in his father’s footsteps with the Bills
‘Bruno Fina was born in 2002, the same year John Fina ended his NFL career by appearing in seven games for the Arizona Cardinals. Bruno Fina thus doesn’t have any memories of seeing his dad play live, but he’s watched highlights preserved on a flash drive of his time in Buffalo. “Speaks for itself,” Bruno Fina said. “Yeah, he did all right.”’
Lance Lysowski: Bills got a worthy adversary for stadium’s opener, but the timing is bad
‘The opponent for the first game is not as significant as the occasion itself, but the opponent will always be a character in the story you’ll tell family, friends or random acquaintances years from now. The Detroit Lions do not have the same cachet as the New England Patriots. We won’t get to see Josh Allen against Drake Maye, nor will the Bills’ superstar quarterback face Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens or Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.’

Buffalo Bills will not play NFL international game during 2026 NFL season
‘The Bills play only one of the designated international host teams in 2026: the Detroit Lions. But Buffalo hosts Detroit in Orchard Park at the new Highmark Stadium on Thursday Night Football in Week 2, making it impossible for the Bills to be selected as the road team in Germany.’

‘As of Tuesday afternoon, the lowest-priced ticket comes in at $685.27. That seat would put you in Section 443, Row 22.’
A Bills legacy, Bruno Fina is looking to make it in Buffalo on his own merit
‘But in the moments following the NFL Draft, Bruno had to decide where he wanted to play. As an undrafted free agent, Bruno had multiple offers, including one from the Bills. There’s little time to weigh the pros and cons, otherwise teams will move on to the next player.’

‘Zylstra started his NFL career in 2021 when he signed with the Minnesota Vikings after going undrafted in 2020 from Minnesota State. He was waived after failing to make the 53-man roster at the end of training camp. The next day, the Lions added him to their practice squad.’
Bills rookie WR already seeing Joe Brady benefits
‘”He was just telling me just to be myself and stop overthinking,” Bell said via CBS Sports. “I was just in my head a little bit and getting jitters and things like that. And he was just telling me just be yourself and once you’re here, you’re here for a reason.”‘
