Bills receiver Keon Coleman looks to step up against Denver Broncos

‘The Bills will need Coleman this week as they go up against the Denver Broncos. As things stood on Wednesday, Coleman is one of just three healthy receivers on the active roster, joining Khalil Shakir and Brandin Cooks. Receiver Curtis Samuel (elbow) remains on injured reserve, though he was a full participant in practice Tuesday and Wednesday.’

A resilient bunch: How the Bills have fought adversity head-on several times this season

‘Beyond injuries, the team has dealt with inconsistency. The Bills trailed at some point in eight of their 12 victories during the regular season, including three times in the fourth quarter. Twice, they trailed by 10-plus points in the fourth quarter, but managed to come back to win.’

Is Ed Oliver able to return for the Bills in time for the divisional playoff game in Denver?

‘In three regular-season games, Oliver totaled 12 tackles, seven tackles for a loss, three sacks and a forced fumble. His absence led to a prominent role for rookie Deone Walker, who’s been arguably the best rookie defensive tackle in the NFL, and the Bills have received contributions from DaQuan Jones and T.J. Sanders, but Oliver is a Pro-Bowl-caliber player who creates chaos at the line of scrimmage. Buffalo lost edge rushers Landon Jackson and Michael Hoecht to season-ending injuries.’

Bills right guard O’Cyrus Torrence awarded NFL Network’s Angry Runs scepter

‘“I love it,” Torrence said following the Bills’ practice Wednesday. “It’s awesome to see people get it. I never thought I could get it myself by moving somebody else. I never even had to run the ball. I just had to push the guy running the ball. It’s a great way to get it, so I like it.”’

My View: Growing up in the shadow of Rich Stadium was a mixed blessing

‘The neighborhood is now surrounded by blacktop. And where once the stadium looked out of place, now the tiny blue-collar neighborhood appears as an insignificant relic. And coming soon, the opening of a new behemoth. This one looms over the neighborhood and probably changes wind patterns from the lake. Maybe there will be less snow to shovel.’

Jim Kubiak: The Jaguars game was Josh Allen at his best. Take a look at these epic plays

‘With the Bills struggling to run, Allen’s abilities made up the difference in spectacular fashion. His football instincts and fearless approach wore down the Jaguars until he finally put them away with 1:04 remaining. This was a game for the ages, and a defining moment for Allen’s career.’

Joey Bosa’s self‑critique sets tone for Bills ahead of Denver trip

‘That’s a pro’s pro right there. No cliches, no spitting out the company line, no resting on the tired “I have to watch the tape” mantra that permeates NFL locker rooms everywhere. Bosa knew he had a bad day, and he was just glad that it didn’t cost the Bills a chance to go to Denver Saturday for the AFC divisional round showdown against the top-seeded Broncos.’

Bills need Keon Coleman now, but which version will they get?

‘It seemed like Coleman took that to heart in the offseason and he had a breakout (or so we thought) performance in the 2025 season opener against the Ravens with just the second 100-yard game of his brief career. Well, he’s still stuck on two because what followed were immature discipline problems leading to healthy scratches and a loss of confidence in him by Allen which fueled speculation that the Bills might just cut bait in the offseason.’

Josh Allen considers 47-17 shellacking of Patriots his fav at Highmark: ‘That one was fun’

‘Buffalo’s 47-17 annihilation of Bill Belichick and the Patriots to open the 2021 postseason, forever known around these parts as the perfect game. “Just the fans going crazy,” Allen said. “I know there was a lot of pent up energy and aggression from Bills Mafia in that one. That one was fun.”’

The frigid day the Dolphins nearly torched Buffalo: Top games in Bills stadium history

‘This truly was a survive-and-advance type of game, one the Bills would have never forgotten if a third-string quarterback — playing because starter Tua Tagovailoa and backup Teddy Bridgewater were both injured — had beaten them.’

Broncos’ Vance calls Bills’ Josh Allen a dream wrecker as Denver prepares for Saturday’s playoff nightmare

‘“He’s a special player, obviously. It’s certain guys in this league that can take over games, and he’s one of those guys,” Joseph told the Denver media on Wednesday. “But we knew to win a championship here, it was going to go through Patrick (Mahomes) and Lamar (Jackson) and Josh and Joe Burrow. I mean, that’s the AFC side, unfortunately. That’s where we live. So, we knew we gotta face one of those guys eventually. So, watching Pittsburgh and Baltimore last week, I was cheering for Pittsburgh. Because I knew that Lamar can wreck your dreams and so can Josh. So, that’s part of it, you know. If you’re going to win the AFC side, it’s going through those four guys, and it’s our turn.”’

Bills tight ends could play major role with injuries at receiver vs. Broncos

‘Gilliam, who agreed to return on a one-year deal, wanted to talk about how the team might use different personnel in 2025. Whether it was two-back sets and multi-tight end formations, the Bills hadn’t used them as much over the years and Gilliam felt it was important to get more time on task.’

Brandin Cooks’ chemistry with Allen adds new dimension to Bills passing game

‘“Josh is very similar. There’s a way that your quarterback wants it,” Cooks said. “So I’m used to the aspect of like, hey, if they see it a certain way and maybe I don’t, well, I’ve got to come up on the same page and figure it out.”’

There’s one WR the Bills can add this week that everyone forgot about

‘Samuel has been with the Bills for a couple seasons now, but he’s missed much of this campaign with an elbow injury. His recovery has been timed perfectly. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Samuel was listed as a full participant at practice.’
