‘Of the hundreds of players the Bills grade each spring, only about 30 prospects earn a “Bills Blue” designation. In 2018, Beane’s first draft, quarterback Josh Allen and defensive tackle Harrison Phillips were such players. In 2023, first-round tight end Dalton Kincaid earned the check mark.’
