Erie County legal costs related to Bills stadium construction continue to grow
‘Since the stadium construction deal was reached in May 2023, Erie County has paid about $1 million to the Phillips Lytle law firm, the Buffalo-based firm handling the county’s stadium-related legal work, County Attorney Jeremy Toth said. The legal bills continue to pour in as Phillips Lytle subcontracts work out for building permits and minority hiring compliance oversight.’
