Report: Former Bills QB Mitch Trubisky heading to Steelers

‘Fowler adds that Trubisky’s top two choices were Pittsburgh and the New York Giants, who are now coached by former Bills Offensive Coordinator Brian Daboll.’

Report: Vikings agree to deal with former Bills DT Harrison Phillips

‘Despite his success on the field, Phillips’ presence may have made an even greater impact in the community. The former Bills defensive tackle is a two-time Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee for his work with his Playmakers Organization. The group provides experiences and support for children with differing abilities.’

Bills open more cap space by cutting Daryl Williams, extending Mitch Morse

‘Per Spotrac, Morse’s cap hit for 2022 was lowered to $9 million, opening more than $2 million in cap space this year. They say Morse’s deal contains a $7.5 million signing bonus, all of which gets paid to Morse this season while the team gets to spread the cap hit out over the course of the deal.’

Bills sign G Rodger Saffold to a one-year deal

‘The latest move came on Monday afternoon when the Bills signed former Titans’ guard Rodger Saffold to a one-year deal after he was released by the Tennessee last week. He’s coming off a season where he was named to his first Pro Bowl in 2021. Saffold spent three seasons with the Titans after signing with Tennessee in free agency back in 2019.’

Bills WR Isaiah McKenzie didn’t need to test free agency: ‘I love being here so it wasn’t that hard’

‘“I was excited about it so it didn’t take much for me to come back. I just really like being here, I really like being on this team, the locker room, the guys, coaching staff, everybody in the organization. I love being here so it wasn’t that hard,” McKenzie said on a zoom call with reporters on Monday.’

Reports: Harrison Phillips signs with Vikings

‘Ian Rapoport reported shortly thereafter that Phillips will get $8.5 million in the first year, with $13 million guaranteed.’

Bills extend center Mitch Morse for 2 seasons

‘Morse took a pay cut last season near $2 million to stay in Buffalo and help the Bills in the middle of a salary crunch.’

Bills sign veteran OL Rodger Saffold

‘Saffold was already in Buffalo when he spoke with the media on Monday afternoon. He said his primary motivation to sign with the Bills is because of how close they are to “a championship-caliber team” and his familiarity with some of the players and staff members.’

Reports: Bills agree to terms with DTs DaQuan Jones, Tim Settle

‘With the free-agent tampering period open across the NFL, they have reportedly agreed to terms with a pair of free-agent defensive tackles.’

Bills release OT Daryl Williams ahead of free agency

‘Heading into his eighth season, the 29-year-old was set to make $8.125 million this year, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.’

Reports: Mitchell Trubisky off to Pittsburgh

‘The 27-year-old will compete with Mason Rudolph for the Steelers’ starting job.’

Reports: Vikings to sign Bills DT Harrison Phillips

‘Phillps had really come into his own this season after recovering from knee surgery in 2019. He was particularly strong against the run. Phillips had 46-tackles and a sack this year playing alongside former first-round pick Ed Oliver.’

Saffold joins Bills, hopes health issues are over

‘Saffold played in 16 games last year, but missed snaps in nine of those games. He missed 24% of the snaps or more in five games. It’s unknown if the shoulder injury was the reason for all of those issues. Saffold also missed large chunks of time during four of his final nine games in 2020.’

Isaiah McKenzie re-signs with Bills: ‘I love being here’

‘Wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie agreed to a two-year deal to stay with the Bills. The deal is worth $4.4 million dollars with a $600,000 signing bonus. McKenzie, who is entering his sixth year in the league, was set to become an unrestricted free agent this week.’

Busy Beane extends Mitch Morse

‘According to NFL Networks Mike Garafolo, the Bills have agreed to a two-year 19.5 million dollar contract extension.’
