Other potential first-round underclassmen are: LSU’s Justin Jefferson, Clemson’s Tee Higgins and Colorado’s Laviska Shenault Jr. The latter three all have the kind of size that would look good in the Bills’ offense. Jefferson is 6-foot-3, 192. Higgins is 6-4, 205. Shenault is 6-2, 220.’
