Instead of acquiring a proven NFL veteran, he could attack the deep wide receiver draft and target Jerry Judy (Alabama), CeeDee Lamb (Oklahoma), or Tee Higgins (Clemson) with the 22nd overall pick. All three have tremendous upside and have performed well on the biggest collegiate stages.
