‘Carter has spent time on practice squads in Minnesota, the Giants, Seattle, and last year with the Bills. He spent the last three weeks of the 2018 on Buffalo’s practice squad before being released at the end of the year. He originally joined the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Minnesota in 2016. He played three games with the Vikings in 2017.’
