'After undergoing a second surgery on his foot, the Bills haven't given many updates on the wide receiver — so when head coach Sean McDermott made it known that Watkins has returned to practice to take part in individual drills, that is a big step in his rehab process.'

'According to multiple reports, former Bills wide receiver James Hardy was confirmed as the person found dead on Wednesday in the Maumee River. Hardy's body was pulled from the river, only to be identified on Thursday.'

'Powell will be eligible to return to the Bills’ active roster on Monday, October 2 following the team’s October 1 game against the Atlanta Falcons.'

'“We had a nice visit,” said McDermott. “Jeremy and I as well as some other members of our staff overlapped in Philadelphia for a couple of years there.
