'The Buffalo Bills have added pieces in free agency, from recent signing of depth quarterback TJ Yates to addressing holes on the defense with signing such as defensive back Micah Hyde. Still, the Bills have more to fill and have at least six more players en route to Buffalo via the draft.'

'While exercising the option seems like a slam-dunk by most analysts and observers (and I still believe the Bills will ultimately do it), I’m told the reason the team has yet to decide is because the option is guaranteed against injury. Once a new threshold is established the player will count his cap number less that new amount.'
