'The News’ source said when the officers tried to detain Kouandjio, he yelled “Shoot me!” Thursday, an Erie County police spokesperson told ESPN that Kouandjio did not say that and was actually "compliant, courteous and polite." He was not arrested, but he was transported to the hospital to be evaluated. He was checked into the hospital and was reportedly still there Thursday.'

'Bills fans who enjoy 1 p.m. games will be ecstatic after looking at the schedule. Buffalo will play in 14 games that start at 1 p.m. including all eight of their home games.'

'In fact, the entire early part of the Bills' schedule looks favorable. They don't play the Patriots or Dolphins until December and face just two playoff teams in their first six games.'

'The schedule is a doozy. The Bills play against some of the best quarterbacks in the league and don't get many breaks. They play against Matt Ryan, Cam Newton, Derek Carr, Drew Brees, Andrew Luck, Jameis Winston, Philip Rivers and Tom Brady twice.'

'"Again, the off-the-field part is big for us," McDermott said. "I don't know how other teams look at it. I know for us it's a big part of that evaluation. Again, the scouts come up with some good information for us. With on-campus visits and the ways they dig to find information, it's always interesting to find out some of that information that comes available, right? Some teams get it and some teams don't. That's an important part for us and the evaluation of character."'

'A week for their matchup on the road against the Jets has not been revealed, but Brian Costello of the New York Post revealed that the game would take place in primetime on Thursday Night Football. The game will be played in Week 9 according to the NY Daily News.'
